Vieux Moulin was the main shopping centre of Rose belle but since Plaisance shopping village has opened, some of the outlets including Winners and KFC have moved to the new mall. Nevertheless, Vieux Moulin still has 6 restaurants(Winfa, Veg palace, Debonairs pizza, Chee li chop, Ashoka fast food and hungry birds) and some clothing stores. It also has a theater(Ciné Metropolitan) which plays mainly bollywood movies. The place has a less trendy crowd now. It surely needs renovation and innovative ideas. A large parking is available.

Very good price at Tropical Trading Electronic shop who sell Mobile Phone and domestic electronics appliances, also there is a Aquarium and pet shop, plenty of shop selling shoes and clothes and plenty of stuff and good prices at the Winners supermarket..the only minus point are missing soap and water everywhere in Toilet.

Price bit expensive...good parking ...not too much food variety...overall can go once every month

The place seriously needs an uplifting. It offers basic food options, commercial shops and a supermarket. Cinema theaters have closed down since some time and parking facilities quite disorganised

A renovation wouldnt harm. Not much to do, of not for the pyramid briani out there

This mall used to be THE PLACE to be before concurrency couldnt bear seeing its success and openned new style malls nearby. That said , Vieux seems to be still filled with acivity and is almost also vibrant. There are a few shops with offers better deals than other malls and the food selections in this mall is to my opinion better than in plaisance mall. Some upgrades to its lighting and standards being set to declutter shop outside view should definitely improve the place i think

Place is good with lots of parking spaces. Food court is very good for family time and are quite spacious. However the place itself is quite dull.

Plaisance is better but its still a good place for shopping but as of September 2023 a lot of shops are closing in vieux moulin

Both mall and the supermarket are very spacious and clean. I would love if there would be more shops and restaurants.😊

There's a dream price supermarket there. Some good value for money shops, hairdressers, and restaurants. Food court debonair's pizza is closed. You veg options and a few other. There's also a pharmacy there.

no other place where you can get everything under one roof in the region. however there is serious room for improvement with respect to quality of amenities provided there. in its defense, it's among the oldest malls. good food. great parking space. awesome location.

The mall is not very sanitary. There are a lot of pigeons flying eveywhere and the poop and walk on the tables where people eat. The toilet are disgusting. They smell so bad and the cleaners don't do a great job. Most of the time the toilets are either broken or clogged. But the food provided in the food courts are delicious

The place is great to watch a movie, you also have a lunch courtroom, a super market...etc but the place has become old and it's no more the main mall in Rose-Belle as Plaisance mall has taken ober that place.

There's a really nice Chinese restaurant, here. And a grocery store as well

It's a nice quiet place to relax and chill. It's not crowded because of the new mall that just opened but that is why I like it if you do not want much people around you or just want to be a quiet and generally less crowded place this is the place for you. Now it's not completely quiet there is still some noises and some songs being played via the speakers so yeah. Now some major establishments that used to bring the majority of people to the place like KFC have moved to the new mall, and thus the small amount of people.

Old building but nice shops, and lovely lunch at Hungry Birds restaurant!

Small shopping mall with few shops..but parking is ok..food court space is ok but very few food stores operating..there is a supermarket and medical store.

Nice place for a village.

Old rose belle sugar mill that has been fit as a commercial selling centre. Look around the building to see the stone built warehouses of the factory. Locate it...

Quality of the place seems to be lowering. Few shops and therefore little variety of goods on sale.

Even it is a small mall compare to others it provides you with a lots of facilities such as a great parking space, supermarket, bank, cinema, food courts and many other small shops.
