I
visited
this
shop
on
Saturday
07
October
2017
upon
recommendation
of
a
friend.
There
is
a
parking
space
in
front
of
the
shop.
As
I
walked
in
I
was
greeted
with
a
hard
rock
music
and
I
thought
"Is
that
really
a
shoe
shop?".
Nonetheless
I
went
to
the
male
section
upstairs
and
I
have
had
to
say
good
morning
to
the
sales
girl
to
have
a
mumble
back.
I
then
ask
for
a
shoe
horn
to
try
one
of
the
shoes
on
display
but
the
sales
girl
said
she
had
none
and
that
I
have
to
wait.
She
then
shouted
to
her
colleagues
who
were
on
the
ground
floor
to
ask
for
one.
They
started
throwing
the
shoe
horn
at
her
but
she
could
not
grab
it.
After
a
few
tries
she
finally
got
hold
of
it.
I
quickly
tried
the
shoes
and
went
to
the
cashiers'
as
I
was
not
at
all
happy
with
the
service.
I
told
what
looked
like
a
supervisor
at
the
desk
that
the
service
is
very
poor,
with
load
music,
staff
shouting
in
the
shop
and
worse
not
using
the
appropriate
tool
-NO
SHOE
HORN-
She
told
me
it
the
way
they
work
and
I
have
to
accept
it
this
way.
I
am
certainly
not
going
back
to
that
shop
again
to
be
treated
like
that.
I
can
spend
my
money
elsewhere
where
I
shall
be
welcomes.
