I believe that the staff needs to follow a customer service course. Staff may rudely reply to you or simply just choose not to reply or just move away. Looks like management is employing anyone there. When it comes to security guards, that's the best part. They won't hesitate to humiliate you and treat you as thief in public when the alarm wrongly goes off. There is not even a female security guard there. The male security guard will check women's handbags and pockets all by asking you "what did you stole?". When they don't find anything in your bags or pockets, they wouldn't even apologies and simply ask you to leave.

Good evening I have no complaints concerning the products but I suggest to edit the closing time of MyStore Phoenix. It mentions 19hr but when I went there at 18.30 it was already closed. Disappointed. Thank you.

First time been there and impressed with the variety of products they have in store. All under one roof. It's kinda of made in China products but European concepts and better quality. Think the products are only affordable during sales if compared to original prices. Long queue before payment. Enough parking spaces but full during sales.

Love the shop but please be aware when you are looking for a product and leave your cart 🙏🏻🤦‍♀️ Left my cart infront of Yves Rocher with a caddie coin in it and came back after not more than 5 mins and my cart wasnt there 🤦‍♀️ Looked for it everywhere but didnt found it aand when I asked a security she told me that its not her problem if I lost something ( with an angry tone ) Note that my caddie coin wasn't a Rs10 coin it was specially a caddie coin which my dad gave me as a gift 😭

Concept S store. Insufficient parking. Decent customer service. Queues are slow to move. Products are of average to good quality. The products are sometimes labelled incorrectly. The stores were designed properly, they have a modern vibe which makes shopping more enjoyable. It wouldn't hurt if they offered a wider selection of products at similar prices. The stores are wheelchair accessible but the bathrooms aren't (upstairs).

I visit this shopping mall regularly. I was positively surprised to get a parking space quickly and easily. the female staff for make up flomar spoke rudely about checking colour of lipstick since there are no testers. such staff must get more training. staff in the other shops were courteous friendly and spoke nicely. the price of the food in the food joint there is too high. it is unhygienic and full of dirt. HOWEVER it is as usual an amazing experience to go there and do some shopping at my own pace. need much improvements.

Great place to buy hard to find household items

Ambience: Nice shopping experince. Wide variety of products from kitchen utentils, house hold and kitchen appliances and many more. Also small hand tools, garden tools and pet accessories also avaliable. Men and women grooming products and perfum can be found. Prices/Service: Prices can be very expensive but during monthly promos some items can become real bargains specially if you have the client privilage card or if you order through delegates. Working personels are vey polite and helpful. Parking: Large nunber of parking spaces available.

Beautiful place. European style shopping. Good to get yourself some home decor or stuff that can't be easily obtained on other local markets/stores/shopping centres. Its recommended to have a privilege card to buy stuff there or else the prices are jerked up. Find a reseller around you and ask for the catalogue to buy stuff. Chances are that they get their stock from this place. Great parking space. Small food area in the centre with not much variety.
