The future dad's shopping Paradise in Mauritius!!! Bought the latest CHICCO equipment at a very good price. Got absolutely everything I need for the baby arriving in a couple of months. Prices are amazing and guarantees on the stuff in "case" something goes wrong. Highly recommended

There is a guy working there named stuart. I think he is demotivated. No help from him. He feels annoyed when asking questions. He just says ou pu pran li.They dont know the products and cant help clients at all..

Trianon:Poor customer service... no greeting, no help from the staff and chatting between them.... but a quiet good variety of product at affordable price.

Good stuff but not always the most premium quality. Toys are good but. Better go for branded ones to be sure of good quality.

Overpriced items but when there are not many baby related shops around, I guess it's easy to charge high prices. Nevertheless it's a one stop shop for parents to be and parents to buy baby and kids items

The salesperson are very rude as they sold my crib that I have reserved and asked me to come and pick up the crib the same day . No apologies given and the arrogant manager took no ownership of the issue. What a mess!

The girls working there are very rude and unhelpful. I have never seen such lazy workers. Only the sales boys do their work diligently! They should learn from the girls working in Ah Ling Port Louis.

The STAFF NOR THE PERSON IN CHARGE -NOT WELCOMING at all , NO social distancung, NO greetings, NO good morning. The service is really cheap as well as the products. As a pregnant woman, I had to wait for 10minutes for the staff to mount up baby strollers..in the middle of the Shop while they would stop and look at you as if you are disturbing and annoying them a lot. NOBODY at all to help and advise. I will never ever step in there again and will definitely not recommend this place.

U get good stuffs 4 babies n the staffs r very helping , I have been to ah ling trianon n ah ling port louis n ah ling curepipe n they were very helpful but in ahling flac they were not helpful at all , those sails persons were chitchatting among themselves n not helpful

Very poor and disappointing experience. Bought an alloy astronomical telescope for my child for 3k for Christmas. Can't see any stars and barely see the moon (on a clear night obviously) Tried to exchange for a more suitable product. Lady said product non exchangeable despite this not displayed on their own front desk. Fobbed me off by saying "it's for kids" Well surely then it shouldn't cost 3k! Called the head office only to be told that they COULD have exchanged but too late as they can do for 1 week. I bought on 14.12.22.. Anyway, I feel like I've been robbed and I would discourage anyone from such purchases and will actively avoid them in the future.
