Was looking for restaurant for lunch around Azuri, however the prices are very expensive in Azuri restaurants, so found this Sunshine Fusion Restaurant little far but easy to reach by car. The Sunshine Fusion Restaurant is just by the road where Flacq - Port Louis bus plies. The restaurant looks simple, it has backside parking of it's premises. Food is freshly prepared, so takes a bit time. I think it can accommodate around 50 people together at a time. Table reservation is highly recommended. During peak hours, reservation is must. Food is delicious, served hot, price is standard, neither too costly nor too cheap. Seafood is their speciality, they recommend their seafood platter. Magic bowl, friend rice, sweet and sour chicken, grilled fish, noodles are yummy. Restaurant guys are also very friendly. Cash, Card and Juice payments are accepted. They have a big fish aquarium in the backyard parking, kids love to watch the big colourful fishes in the tank. Overall highly recommended.

Lovely lunch here. The outside looks so-so but don’t be put off, so stop for food if you are passing. There is even a small car park at the back. Food quality and freshness were excellent. My husband had octopus curry and I had chicken and egg fried noodles - both delicious. Huge portion on the noodles, enough for 2! Lovely clean loos and charming service. Would really recommend.

Great food! We were going to order food via Whatsapp, but were told that the restaurant offer a free pick up and drop off service as our hotel was local. We had some starters which were brought out quickly and for mains we had stir fry and sweet&sour chicken. I was amazed that such a small restaurant could make such tasty food. Kudos to the chef and brilliant service. Will definitely come here again.

This is a fantastic local restaurant which serves excellent cocktails and seafood. The seafood platter was delicious. The staff are very friendly and they even will collect you from your hotel and drop you back again (with a reasonable minimum spend). It is a lovely break from hotel restaurants - we loved it so much we ate their twice on our holiday.

Amazing food,service and kindness from the family owned restaurant. I’m italian and i must say that all the dishes i ate were really tasty, perfect cooked and fresh. The restaurant is also offering a free pick up and back ride service for customers 15km away from the restaurant (minimum order 1500rs per person) making the client free to have an amazing dinner or lunch without having troubles to drive back or order an expensive taxi ride. Restaurant has also a piece of the terrace and tables on real sea sand that makes you feeling on the beach! Highly recommended!!!

Well, all these reviews seem fake from our experience. Kind hosts, but terrible food. Chicken curry that was frozen with a lifeless sauce. Overcooked octopus (but a generous portion). We came as we wanted to go to Seabell but it was closed and we thought we'd give this place a try with its rave reviews. Don't make the same mistake!

We’ve had some very good food during our stay in Mauritius, including our lunch here. A roadside restaurant with parking at the rear, pleasant and clean environment and good service. Crispy calamari as a starter was very fresh. Our dishes of Vindaye Calamari and sweet and sour chicken were both very good. They did not come with anything so we had a mixed fried rice as well. All very good. A great selection of seafood was available as well. Only downside is that the price worked out more expensive than similar places we had eaten with similar items, maybe as they seem to be in a quiet area with less customers they need to have higher prices to cover costs. That said we enjoyed our meal and would return if in the area

A hidden gem. The food was outstanding, the service friendly and professional. One of the best restaurants we found on the island. Might take a little longer as they cook it freshly so we took a starter aswell. Worthwhile before visiting the public beach of Poste Lafayette which is definitely worthwhile visiting.

After a hike in Bras D’Eau National Park at a stop at the Poste La Fayette Beach, we stopped for a snack and refreshments. The place was so inviting and the menu so enticing that we ended up ordering a full lunch. We could not have been more satisfied. The quality of the food was excellent, the service swift and friendly. There may be tonier places in Mauritius but I doubt you get a better service there!

Simply fantastic food & service at this family owned restaurant. It was recommended by our master diver as we were looking for a good Mauritian restaurant. Went there for lunch after our first dive and we fell in love with the place. The octopus salad and mix seafood platter (crab, fish, octopus, lobster, prawn, shrimp, fish and salad) were so delicious and reasonably priced. And their desserts (caramelized banana with a delicious vanilla ice cream & fruit salads) were to die for. The staff is warm and so expedient. You feel that you are at the center of the attention. And they don't leave you unattended even during rush hour. It was a perfect family lunch. It quickly became the benchmark against which other restaurants were compared. We had to go back for our last dinner on the island. We simply couldn't resist. Don't leave the north east without making a stop there. Much better rating than some of the fancier hotel restaurants we tried during our stay!

Sunshine Fusion is great for lunch, dinners and other gatherings. Excellent packaging, very hygienic and good delivery service. The meals were hot when received. The starters were very tasty and not oily!! The beef sauté was excellent, nice and tender, literally melting in the mouth, along with vegetable fried rice.... absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Chocolate Fondant and Red Velvet for dessert. It could not be more perfect.

5-star experience, definitely worth visiting. The veg thali was the best I've eaten. The staff were very friendly and helpful (we were traveling with our dog and it was not a problem whatsoever). There's a parking behind the building - very helpful if you're traveling by car.

Great drinks and food. The thick shake was gratuitously decadent, and the tropical juice I was very surprised to find out was made of real fruit blended when you ordered, and wow it was good. We had some starters which were fine, and I had the eggplant and fish curry which I thought was delicious and novel but my wife was less enamored with. My wife has some stirfry noodles which I didn't like, but she did. Big selection of dishes aimed at the tourist crowd, so there are plenty of children pleasers in there. The portion sizes were good and the prices reasonable. The only thing I didn't like was the location, the restaurant is situated on a not very busy road, but it's a road and not eg the jungle or the beach etc etc etc.

For anybody interested in grilled fish, the whole fish is better than the fillet. The people in charge of service were very polite and helpful throughout our visit.
