We had many, many lunches here and the were all equally as wonderful but my goodness, dinner was next level. Classics like bed carpaccio and buratta salad executed perfectly. The risotto is cooked to perfection. Possibly one of the best margarita pizzas I’ve ever had and the mushroom stuffed chicken was sublime! The food at every restaurant in the hotel is exceptional.

Quite surprised to see so many good reviews here...maybe we were just unlucky! We ventured to Sapori for a lunch and experienced incredibly slow service, confused servers, food that had to be returned and witnessed ice cream melting on the serving desk for about 10 minutes before it got taken to the table whom ordered it, when the restaurant was far from busy. Also never ever experienced an Italian restaurant where you get served chopped up olives suitable only for pizzas when asked for a portion. Bread sticks were a treat though!

What a lovely hotel.Staff are awesome and well trained. Restaurants we very good,quite alot of different cuisine's too choose from.Loved that all the restaurants were around a square setting.Service was excellent. My only disappointment was we were in a room far from the hotel and had to take the buggy everywhere we went.Next time we will make sure we closer to the hotel.Loved the gym and games rooms.Enjoyed the entertainment. Will definitely go back.So beautiful there.

The guys here are great. I would like to mention few names here. 1. Raj -- what a great guy. He knows hospitality. Such a charming host. 2. Sanjay - A chef that cares about his guest's criticism and improve. What a great guy. Just like Raj, he is a good host and a does everything in his power to please a guest. 3. All in all, most of the staff here is a gracious bunch and makes one feel welcome.

Amazing Italian restaurant located at Long Beach. Their food is scrumptious. I don't know if their penne is made in-house, but it tastes great. The food quality is on par with the quality of the hotel. Their staff are very professional. Service is definitely 5 stars. Sapori is perfect for couples, families and larger parties.

Throughout our 2 weeks stay we had mixed experiences at this Italian restaurant. Singh was a great waiter and served us well, but our last experience at the place was poor. Our lunch lasted 1h 30min just because of the terribly slow service. Had our icecream melting for 10 minutes before serving it to our table Otherwise positive experiences and good food!

Fantastic restaurant with amazing staff

Superb food for lunch and dinner!

Very good food experience

Atmosphere was great but had a very bad experience with the service and horrible food. The lady who served the food had too much of attitude and behaved as if we were dining there for free. The food was horrible tomato soup was served very cold and most of the food options were very bad. Also definitely not a place for Indians I feel.
