What
an
experience!
I
truly
felt
like
I
had
a
taste
of
Mauritius
at
this
place,
highly
recommend
it.
You
will
need
to
book
in
advance
but
it
is
worth
it.
The
dishes
we
had
were
like
comfort
food,
but
the
flavours
were
unreal.
There
are
a
limited
number
of
dishes
to
choose
from,
which
I
think
is
good
as
they
can
concentrate
on
maximising
flavour
for
each
dish.
Snacks
are
complimentary,
and
tasted
amazing!
We
were
given
something
similar
to
a
Bombay
mix,
banana
chips
and
fried
fritters.
For
the
mains,
we
had
a
range
of
stews
and
curries,
mainly
containing
fish
and
chicken,
but
also
had
some
vegetarian
sides
consisting
of
kidney
beans,
lentils
and
other
veggies.
We
were
stuffed
after
the
mains,
but
we
made
space
for
dessert!
We
were
given
Banana
Tart,
some
sort
of
flapjack
and
papaya
covered
in
syrup.
I
have
to
say,
this
was
the
perfect
end
to
the
meal.
The
people
serving
us
were
a
delight,
and
felt
so
grateful
for
them
sharing
their
stories.
If
you
want
to
experience
authentic
Mauritian
cuisine,
this
is
the
place
to
go!
