quite modern mc donalds restaurant. I recommend the chicken wings that are similar to the kfc ones

I bought the spicy grand chicken but its not chicken breast like we got before. Now we got grind chicken mixed with others. Did not appretiate at all.

Well designed place and kept clean... did not had to wait long to be served, however, poor service... the cashier did not had a smile and though free she did not even asked to come at her counter.. processed credit card and asked me to remove my card myself... no thank you or enjoy your meal from the cashier or the one bringing the food on table!!!! Competitive price and good food!!!!

Kids favorite place and of course because of the toys. Located in the compound of Super U and separated from the mall which make it less crowded. Always innovating and making it easier for any orders with table service. Staff are helpful and good hospitality. Restroom and hygiene are well maintained. Spacious and can plan any birthday party on site. You can opt for indoor or outdoor seating or drive through. Enjoy your meal 🍴

Hair in my chips. Complaint made at the counter the girl was refunding my chips asked her to keep it for herself as she cannot change my mood. Improve your service. Train your employees. It's not the first time. I am very deceived..

The food is fine but what made me give a 2 ratings is because the price is way too high, a water bottle actually costs Rs59 which I find enormous compared to the supermarket which sells it around Rs25-30. I gave it a 5 ratings earlier but deleted it as I'm disappointed with the staff service as well. I'll prefer to tell you guys to go at Burger King's or KFC.

Drive thru can get pretty slow during peak hours but overall service is fast even for big orders. The place is clean and the quality of the meal is top notch (most of the time). One of the better McDonalds outlet on the island.

The service is very slow and bad. I mean it's a fast food, yet they got both part of it wrong. We waited up to 20mins to get our food the last time we've been there. There was also no cheese in my burger, when I asked it as a supplement when I ordered. We had to ask for our sweet and sour sauce, which they forgot to give us. And worst, I ordered regular crispy strips and they gave me the spicy ones. Plus, the employees are not so welcoming, no smile, no hello. Definitely will not recommend.

The Grand Chicken Burger was hot and crispy. The chilli 🌶 version of it was nice as well. Store is clean and service was fast, although I wasn't greeted by the teller.

Modern and lively environment but some items are not always available. The grand chicken spicy was better when it was 1st launched.

Just avoid drive thru after 7pm. You will have to wait more than 25mins. And the things you order are always missing. One time they missed my Mc Crispy and yesterday they missed my fries, so i had to go back to get it. The Young staffs are also not serious at work, can hear them joking the entire time while waiting. Just go to the counter inside 😁.

Spacious, be careful on busy days can be congested. Most of the time toilet facility for persons with disabilities isn't fully operational and accessible.

Just finished my meal. Apparently they are doing only take aways now. No platters available because they are all dirty. Upon ordering they asked dine in or take away but upon service only in take away as no platters available. They are in a hurry to go home. Better to close early than no service at all

Till now the food is ok for me. About service they lack training. Once i bought a few burger from McDonald's Flacq, i left without checking my order, unfortunately they missed my favourite burger. After 2 weeks later i went their i order some other stuff, again they miss my Grand Chicken Spicy. Today i went there. A lady took my order. She doesn't know how to talk to a guest. I don't think she fit there. Need more training. Dear lady i hope you see your name on the receipt. Hope to see a good service from you.

I have asked for my redemption by rating in McDonald's website.They do have the availability of food stuffs which to be provided,instead the service team refused to provide it.I'm experiencing same kind of poor service whenever I come to have say breakfast or lunch or dinner.They don't even receive their clients in polite manner.This needed to be sorted out soon..

The food is great but the drive through is not it. I told them clearly what i wanted but they got it wrong and not just that. They laughed it out instead of apologising and they took so long. And after that, the order was still wrong and paid for what i dont even like

Nice food even vegetarian can have nice hearty meal the only problem is limited options. Students can also avail student meal benefits shakes sundaes and burgers everything is fine, hygiene is well maintained

I am a regular customer here. Like every other McDonald's here also there is Kiosk to order. They accept all credit card. Above all they do serve their customers nicely. There is more than enough parking space. Good Experience in Total.

Very spacious place and parking around. Good food and clean place to relax with friends for lunch. However it is the only McDonald's where the service was a bit slow even during off peak hours. The staff is very friendly and communicative, I hope it stays the same during another visit. Will recommend.

I was charged twice for an item I bought through the touch screen system on the 13.06.2022. This was due to the machine which did not delivered the ticket. It was after two days I noticed on my bank statement. So disappointing 😞
