👍👍 We eat here at least twice a month, either dine in or take out. The place is not fancy, just simple as it should be. Chinese cuisine as you not find anywhere else. So so delicious. Number 10 and 43 are my favourites :)

    Their food is simply delicious. There is a wide variety of choice each as good as the other. I recommend their dishes with white rice. They all come with an amazing sauce and the servings are very satisfying too. The staff is very friendly. The decoration is very original, a very unique style. Even their menu is written in very special manner. You get a nice view on the metro, though before it was even nicer when the vandermesch track was still there. They also have a delicious home made lemon juice.

    On arriving and checking out the menu there were some interesting stuff. XO sauce on a mauritian menu i thought i would never see the day. We took some to go stuff. My verdict is : Very disapointed by the taste of the dishes we bought and ate when we got home. Not bad but not mind blowing either.

    Food is awesome. The eating area is decorated with newspapers on the wall since long. The plastic utensils are not so clean. With cockroach legs and wings inside. Garlic sauce bottle dirty due to the dust coming from Tramway rails nearby. Otherwise food is great better go for take away

    This is hand`s down Beau Bassin best Chinese restaurant with a Mauritian twist. I had a noodle soup chicken and prawns and it reminded me of the best noodle soup i had in my childhood.Its true the owner's attitude could have been better but the food is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone going to vandermesch.
