Cozy family cafe with amazing cuisine! Service is very friendly, speaking good English. Food is delicious! Fish and seafood are fresh, so ask what they offer that day! Portions are big! Food orgasm is guaranteed! 6 tables, so it's better to come at 18.00 (cafe starts work at this time)! We paid 25 euro for tasty starter (sauce is spicy!), 2 main corses and 1 big beer! Highly recommended!

Freshly cooked Li Corn fish, generously up to the brim :) served vine and juice, fresh spiced salad - all was delicious. The lady-owner was so infinitely kind, that drove me back home, as I needed to walk several kilometers back alone in the dark - she said it was unsafe.

Very cozy, ultra authentic place with great food! We had chicken curry and shrimp noodles - both amazing! The place has only 5 or 6 tables, but everyone seemed happy with their experience. The staff was super friendly!

Nice and cosy dinner, no nonsense, quality dishes (I had the curry chicken - not spicy so you can go without a doubt, they serve two little cups with tomato sauce and chili peppers). My wife took the fish filet and was not disappointed. Try a little ‘ponge’ - you’ll sleep well tonight ☺️

Very tasty food and super nice owners. We had the veggie and chicken soup and they were fantastic. The chicken curry and lamb fried rice were delicious too. I recommend it to everyone!

Just amazing: cosy place, friendly lady, delicious inexpensive food. If only the food in our 4* resort was half this good. Sadly it was our last meal on the island, otherwise I would go back and back to try more stuff there. Book a table or make sure to get there as it opens since it is popular. (Ice cream and banana flambé not at the level of the rest)

Very nice restaurant with amazing food and super friendly hosts. We had the fried squid as a starter, for the main course the squid curry and the pineapple flambée for dessert: 10/10 - absolutely delicious. The hosts also helpt us to get home quickly by providing a taxi service to us (: We would definitely dine here again!

One of the best local restaurant in the area. The food, service and value is great. You can go there to have a taste of local Mauritian food, highly recommended.

We had a very satisfying first meal in Mauritius here. There are vegetarian options, such as the fried noodles. We also had the mixed salad and vegetable croquettes (tempura). The big Phoenix beer is indeed very big, so either love beer and drink fast before it warms up or share it with someone. We will probably return here

Very tasty and typical mauritian food for low prices! Eventhough it does not look special from outside, we experienced it as the best restaurant in Mahebourg! You should come early otherwise you might not get a table.

What an amazing place! The owner is such a friendly person and the food is FANTASTIC. Please eat here. The curry, both seafood and chicken was the best we had on the whole Island. The pineapple Flombe was also super delicious. Best best place. Prices are great too.

Simply the best! Amazing home cooked feeling food, fresh seafood at very good price! Our fav was the fish soup and the mine boule renversé (upside down noodle dish) which is not just fun, but super delicious! They are also very friendly. Cash only though, so bring with you some, closest atm is not too far. Come early or reserve a table, as they are popular and family sized!

I‘ve had the most delicious fright noodles and banana flambé here!☺️ It’s a very traditional little place that look is very local but you have a lot of tourists coming here :) we have been here twice and always enjoyed our food ! The only thing you have to know is that you should come early to get a table and don’t have to wait bit longer for your meal.
