    Great cozy place. Good to grab a huge tasty burger or the smoked marlin salad. Friendly and welcoming environment. Great for drinking and nibbling too.

    Not a fancy restaurant at all. Personally I really liked the vibe a lot, but I suppose it’s not for everyone. I would recommend this place should you want to have a local experience. The food is good (not too many choices - but this is usually a good thing) and it’s prepped on the spot.

    This small place was our first and maybe our best restaurant experience in Mauritius. The people were nice and the food was crisp and delicious

    It's our second time here and we ordered all new things (except for the salad). We had vegetarian samosas, vegetarian panini (cheese) and vegetarian pain fourré (oven bread?) which was also very good. The last vegetarian thing on the menu are the boulettes de chouchou, which are dumplings stuffed with a vegetable. Next time I'll order those to see their take. This place has the best salad out of all places in Mahébourg

    Had this place marked as a "must visit" during our month exploring the island. Planned for Tuesday night but not open as advertised. Went last night and were delighted to see it was open. However after standing ignored for five minutes we left. Only a couple of tables occupied so not busy. Would therefore not recommend

    Bit disappointed by the food after reading all the reviews. A little bland compared to what else we've had on the island. Plus, stale chips. Did really like the vibe of the place. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, good music. It's more a of cool bar than a spot to get food.

👍👍 We visited the Bazilic while in Mahébourg because I had read good reviews. It didn't disappoint us. Good place to have lunch or dinner. Frite Noodles or samosas were delicious. Great ambiance and good dinning room upstairs. Totally recommended.
