Very good management ( They often go the extra mile), all services work just fine, from the bar, the restaurant, the housekeeping, the security, to the spa, everybody try their best to give a good service, except the reception that could improve, thumbs up for 'Vela one of the manager and Geraldine at the bar'. The location is great, quiet, good variety of food for all meals. Rooms are spacious and clean. I can only say good things about the hotel and the personal (apart from reception).

Date of visit: November 2021 Really lovely hotel. The beach/sea is right infront of the hotel. Sand and sea is clean and generally quiet although the music by the North bar was annoying and unnecessary. Food is amazing and plentiful. Staff were lovely and helpful, though instructions for the tennis booking was a little confusing. We found that if one member of staff said something, another member would say something else.. Also sometimes waited a while for drinks/cutlery when at the dinning area. Entertainment/bands were good. Great drinks selection. Parking wasn't a problem. Could do with more board /Card games. Better position of the darts board would be an improvement, plus better quality darts. The rooms I would say were 4star but overall definitely 5star. Great relaxing experience.

We loved C Mauritius. The beach bar and all the seating areas were so nice. The swing also is so enjoyable. We had a fun stay there. Breakfast is exceptional! The staff were also really nice and check out was fast. The spa is absolutely amazing. It’s really big with lovely chilling areas. And our spa treatment was also really good, though quite pricey. However, dinner buffet can be improved with more choices and food can be more quality ( dinner ).

Can’t say enough great things about C Mauritius. Spectacular hotel in stunning location. Spent one week and did not want to leave! Location: about an hour scenic drive from the airport. Beautiful white sandy clear beach with plenty of comfortable sun beds and shade cover. Literally on the beach but with easy access to the common areas and bar so absolutely perfect to just lay around all day. About 15 minutes to the closest town in case you need to pop out for anything, which you won’t. Everything is there! Entertainment and sports: plenty of water sports options. We used the kayaks, lovely. Darts, billiards, volleyball, and many more. Live music in the evenings, different artists every night so a nice variety. Fully stocked gym and outdoor exercise area, yoga space, tennis courts. We used all 3 and had a tennis lesson! Food: definitely exceeded my expectations. All inclusive and such high quality, I was pleasantly surprised. Endless choice, different menu every day, fresh, delicious, lots of healthy options. Range of wine and just about any drink you wanted was available. Staff even made suggestions for nice cocktails so I tried a few new things. Rooms: gorgeous, immaculate, high quality linen, perfectly cleaned and restocked everyday. We had beach view, woke up to the birds. Just dreamy. Staff and service: others have commented on this, the staff is friendly, professional, at your service, ready to accommodate. And not in a fake way, they seem genuinely happy to help. And they were busy but never moody or rude. Pools and spa: 3 pools, larger one, smaller one, all beautiful and perfectly located so it never felt crowded. Had 2 massages at the spa. Beautiful, clean and quiet treatment rooms. Professional, trained staff. Price: this depends on each person but to me it was great value for money. I loved having everything included. Highly recommend C Mauritius. Hope to visit again someday.

My wife and I recently visited this fantastic resort for a vacation, and I must say, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The exceptional service and the wide range of amenities made our stay truly memorable. First and foremost, the resort boasts three stunning pool areas, each offering breathtaking views. Its prime location right on the beach provides ample opportunities for water enthusiasts, including paddle boarding, kite surfing, and various other water activities. Moreover, there are three distinct dining options to satisfy your culinary cravings. The main restaurant serves a delectable buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For a more exotic dining experience, there's the Asian fusion restaurant, and the A la carte restaurant is perfect for those who wish to enjoy lunch on the beach or pack a picnic basket. These dining areas even offer soda machines and craft beer taps, ensuring a wide selection of beverages to accompany your meals. And let's not forget the indulgent desserts, pizzas, and crêpes – a true delight for your taste buds. The resort also keeps guests entertained with a variety of daily activities, including table tennis, pool, and beachside paddle tennis, among others. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa, where we indulged in daily sessions at the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi – all conveniently located in the same area. The well-equipped gym was nearby, and we also treated ourselves to rejuvenating massages. In summary, every aspect of our experience at this resort was nothing short of amazing, and I wholeheartedly recommend opting for the all-inclusive package to make the most of your stay

This was our first hotel in Mauritius we stayed there for three nights. The location was stunning, beach and views are great. We found it great to disconnect and chillax. Staff were all super friendly but for the extra mile look for Anastasia at the reception and Wadie from the sushi restaurant they were both exceptionally professional and helpful. The reason behind my 4 star’s rating is because of the pools are extremely cold with no temperature control, and the food at the buffet restaurant was below average. Drinks were amazing. The all day dining pizza and burger were way better than the actual buffet. Entertainment is below average. But definitely we recommend the place for chilling and great vibes.

We had a very pleasant stay at C Mauritius Hotel. The resort was cosy and had all the facilities you could want. The staff, food and service was exceptional. We appreciated being surprised with a different selection of dishes everyday. The flexibility of an all inclusive package enabled us to eat and drink at our leisure. The spa is beautiful and the massages we had were extremely relaxing. The gym, swimming pool and tennis courts are well maintained and have all the equipment you could need for a workout. The morning stretching class on the yoga floor outside was a great way to start the day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the C Mauritius Hotel to anyone and everyone. Thank you.

C Mauritius was absolutely perfect for our 10 day holiday, we just wish we could’ve stayed longer. Honestly couldn’t fault anything, the food was fantastic, catered to all requirements, and delicious. The drinks were all top quality, lots branded spirits included, lovely cocktails and gorgeous wines. The beach was beautiful with lots of opportunities for water sports. Our room was perfect, the bed was massive! Very clean, had everything we needed, and more! A mini bar was topped up everyday free of charge, with soft drinks, alcohol and snacks. Last but not least the staff were incredible. Really really could do enough for you. Really made our stay special.

C Mauritius is one of best hotels I've visited. Let's start with the staff. Each and everyone of them were welcoming. Special thanks to the breakfast/lunch team leader who took his to walk us through the menus and the bartenders in the main bar. Wide varieties of food and drinks. The room was pleasant as well with a nice sea view. My only concern, which I believe only concerned my room. Well, there was a strange odor every time I entered the room. I can't explain it but it wasn't much of an issue with the back door opened Overall I would say it was a good experience. Recommended.

Went for dinner last night. We were 4 adults, 1 child and 2 infants. Buffet dinner was amazing. Tasty, fresh and good variety. Also very good service. Head chef personally goes around and checks each table. Will definitely go there again.

I don't normally write a review before the end of my stay, however these people deserve more than 5 stars. We arrived yesterday and we immediately fell in love with the place and the staff. Beautiful well maintained resort and extremely friendly and helpful staff. You can feel how genuine are these people and how much they enjoy helping their guests. Words can't describe enough how much we're enjoying staying here, you must come and try this place. Thank you very much team C Mauritius, we will definitely be back.

Nice sea view room with a stunning sunrise every morning. The hotel team is the best!! A special thanks to Naresh who encouraged us to explore the island and walk around Le Morne Brabant. Priah, Ali and many others from the restaurant and bar. Emilie at reception for helping us with the car rental. Hospitality 11/10 You have to try the Sushi Restaurant at night, I had an amazing birthday with many surprises :)

We both enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Very nice setting and friendly atmosphere. Must say it was a bit annoying how the staff at every meal approaches you and asks for your room number, often more than just one person; seems a bit unorganized. They should have a better system for getting your room number rather than interrupting in the middle of lunch/dinner. Also, had to pay full price for a "spa facial" even though I only got half the service as my husband did; I am pregnant so I can’t have any non-pregnancy friendly chemicals on my skin which I informed ahead of time. Instead of giving me something "extra" like a facial massage I had to lay for 50 minutes untouched and still pay full price, when my husband got the full experience for the same price.

This place deserves all the praise it receives and more! Such a fantastically laid out resort with an amazing view and beach. The staff all go above and beyond to make your experience memorable and are attentive and reliable. The food every day was amazing and we even got to experience some pop up food stalls on the beach during our stay. The all inclusive concept makes it a great value stay as well. Any extras are clearly communicated, so you know exactly what to expect. The ambience of the resort was an amazing balance of tranquil and energetic in other parts, with something for everyone within. One of the managers, Jess, was particularly helpful and kind enough to provide some pointers during our early morning check out - making it a very seamless process. Overall, I would give this place 11/10 and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

An hour away from the airport and it's not bad when you consider the nice ride along the way. The resort staff were very friendly, attentive to our needs and ensured we had a wonderful stay. There needs to be more variety with the buffet service because it got boring after two days. Best meal was at the Asian restaurant and I wish they had another a la carte restaurant where guests could pay to eat when they get bored of the buffet. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the beach was fantastic and the cocktails were really good!

Excellent resort. Resort has a small area, but everything about it is so nice! Even though it's a 4* resort, the service is 5* from Reception, Restaurant, to Housekeeping, the people working at this resort are WOW! Food is wonderful, and the fun concept of this hotel is out of this world! Such a wonderful experience!

Outstanding hotel with wonderful staff. They know really what service is and how to excel in this. Always friendly and helpful. The room is superb and clean. The restaurants have high quality food. The beach, swimming pools and garden are splendid. Is there some room for improvement? Yes. Two topics, arrange that the Sushi restaurant has more places, second quality of cocktails could be improved. However, I recommend this please!

Great hotel. The rooms are very well appointements with all amenities. The food and beverage offers is varied with some bold concepts complete with a wine cellar stocked with a rare selection of wine from different countries. Service is relaxed but warm, efficient and very friendly. I only went for the day with the family to have lunch there and had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend.

After an extremely unfriendly reception at the airport at passport control and customs, the island showed its friendly face with this hotel. The island is hysterically afraid of the corona virus. Masks everywhere, even alone on the scooter and in the field. The madness. Great price-performance ratio, real all-in except for a few top products, fair SPA prices. well-kept area with good food and mostly good service. Better earlier for dinner as some products suffer from the warming lamp. lots of wild dogs in the complex, not for everyone. Better calculate the surcharge for the deluxe room. Worth it. international audience almost exclusively families and couples. Tip better in cash.

The resort offers exceptional hospitality, food and a variety of water activities. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I selected an EV bike tour to Flacq Market. My tour guide Jordan was engaging sharing about the cultural nuances and island history. I would highly recommend a vacation here; you will not be disappointed.

Overall this is an exceptional resort that we really loved and enjoyed : - the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable; - the room we had was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, cool A/C and great shower; - the all inclusive package was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of what I would call "posh" food that varied each day, and they made amazing mocktails for us; - it has its own beachfront that you can enjoy and they offer some equipment for water activities; - the spa facilities were also very good. Some things that we didn't like, but these are based on our personal circumstances and not an issue with the resort: - It was too windy on this side of the island and it also rained most days, which meant we could not enjoy the beach as much as we liked. We went in May for 1 week but it may be better in their summer months; - The swimming pools and Jacuzzi were not heated; - The price is a bit high for the all inclusive package as we do not drink alcohol, maybe they should do a lower price for all inclusive without the alcohol.

  • 4/5 mauro s. 2 years ago on Google
The facilities are beautiful and the location is perfect - the beach in front is really clean and the sea has no coral in it so easy to go in and out. Spectacular Color of the sea, nice pools and comfortable rooms. Whilst everyone’s comment raved about the food, we found it a bit repetitive and a bit of hit and miss - the overall price of the all inclusive is great so I would book it and then maybe drive somewhere else for Dinner a few nights. The staff was also Hot and miss - some very helpful some just disappeared without any order being delivered but overall is a very nice hotel

A beautiful hotel directly at a wonderful beach, very attentive staff, extremely polite, helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean, the food is tasty, and there is a wide selection of beverages. The little gym is nice and tidy for the sports fanatics, and there is an awesome spa. I highly recommend you come and give this place a chance. Only negative imho: there is more or less nothing in walking distance, so if you need an ATM, or a little supermarket, or a drugstore, it is quite a walk, or you need a cab/car.

One of the friendliest hotels on the island. Amazing beach and great rooms. An Aded bonus is having the kite surf school on the premises. Highly recommended 👌

We chose to stay at C Mauritius for the entirety of our trip, for its all-inclusive service, reasonable rates, and comfortable rooms. However, we were disappointed by the limited food selection and poor quality at the hotel, which made it worse by the absence of food delivery services in the eastern area. Additionally, we were promised a special dinner by the hotel, but despite multiple assurances that we would be contacted about the details, we had to follow up several times and ultimately did not receive the offer. Overall, our experience at C Mauritius was not as great as we had hoped.

A very pleasant hotel. 5* it deserves. A very kind and helpful staff awaits you. ( Ritish is the best ) Beach with white sand and crystal clear water. The Indian Ocean at its most beautiful. Our room was beautiful, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Terrace overlooking the ocean and sunrises. The restaurant cooks very tasty, fresh and high-quality food and everyone has something to choose from. And if by chance not, after an agreement with the chef, sometimes something special can be prepared. It's heaven on earth. A huge thank you to the C Mauritius staff, we felt like part of the family in Mauritius. We are certainly not here for the last time. :-)

We have visited a number of hotels on our trip, but this one was for us the nicest. That‘s why: -very nice staff -very good price/value ratio -hotel and beach in nice condition -very relaxed and maybe aimed to a younger audience, smaller hotel than others. -Food and drinks were really good. Maybe you won‘t get the selection of a big hotel, but it was all high quality. -All Inclusive, which deserves it‘s name. In many hotels, half of the selection is not in the AI package or a ‚AI premium‘ which is a joke. Not here. Whats maybe less ideal: -Limited Entertainment or activitys, for me more a plus, but if you‘re looking for that, not the best choice -apart from the beach, not too much around, specially in walking distance. You‘ll probably stay in the hotel or book a car/trip. -if you‘re looking for nice sunset: this is the wrong side of the island. In any case, I would go again and this was the nicest stay in our trip.

We loved the hotel and we don't have enough good things to say about the staff! The rooms are very spacious (open space for the bathroom that can be closed up or be part of the room) and beautifully equipped. We stayed on one of the top floors which had a great view down from balcony. The breakfast had lots of choices. You have a choice of different food, snacks, and drinks all day long. Everything is very tasty. We were especially impressed with the sushi restaurant, hands down some best sushi we have ever tasted. The food, the presentation, and the atmosphere is incredible. The beach is very nice with crystal clear water and spectacular white beaches. The spa center is such beautiful part of the resort. It is so relaxing, even just for a walk in garden. We were sad to have only a week there, and since we loved the island and the people of Mauritius so much, we are planning to come back and stay longer.

Our time spent in Mauritius C was just absolutely perfect. We stayed for 10 nights and I wish we could have stayed more. The hotel itself is really authentic yet modern and clean. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous view to the pool and the ocean. The restaurant offers a wide variety of meals throughout the day. My favorite thing about the hotel though is the attitude of the staff working there. Literally every single one of them are amazing people who make your stay unforgettable. They are all so kind and welcoming and we really appreciate everything. This is something that makes us wanna go back to this hotel in the future. Special thanks to Rajesh (assistant manager), Karen (front desk), Davisen in the restaurant and Geraldine in the bar for making the best cocktails for us every day. :)

Amazing hotel with staff who tend to all your needs! Kurtis and Rajesh were fantastic and very welcoming! Clean and tidy hotel with good food selection. Definitely recommend paying for the private dinner on the beach as it was a nice touch before leaving. Can’t wait to come back

I like the hotel and the stuff was very helpful. However there are several things that bothered me. 1. There were dirty glasses in the restaurant and in the room. You can clearly see it when the glasses are empty. 2. Last night we noticed there are very tiny bugs around the furnitures. 3. There is no kids club or kids activities. 4. Food quality and choices can be increased. 5. Room walls are very thin and you can hear next people speaking in the next room. We couldn't sleep last night since our neighbour was taking a shower and listening to music at 4.00am. 6. I know you can't do anything for the wind but unfortunately it was very windy and chilly during October. We could hardly enjoy the beach.

Probably one of the best hotels in the world. Super comfy rooms with a great ocean view. Great food, great bar. The personnel is amazing, taking care of you every day with a big smile.

  • 4/5 Chris O. 1 year ago on Google
We were here at October, overall the experience was very enjoyable, the only significant con was strong winds at the hotel beach area. Pros: The food and service was very good, every day they offered different food varieties in the buffet meals that were fresh and of high quality, also they offer awesome cocktails and other drinks at the bar which are included in the all inclusive package. (All inclusive package highly recommended.) The waiters and the reception desk supplied amazing service. The bed in prestige room is a double bed size and was very comfy. Cons: It's worth mentioning that there is a kite surfing area right in front of the hotel - the winds were strong so enjoying the pools, the beach or any sea activities was difficult. The rooms overall are good but could be improved, there were some minor issues with the room but not something worth mentioning.

The hotel is very nice if you go at the right time of the year. We had a personal problem independent of the hotel and we were helped a lot by Mr. Ramasamy I think he was the boss or hotel manager. His help was so generous that we regained our faith in nice people. We would like to thank him and the whole hotel again. Best regards from Germany

I've been at C Mauritius last weekend to celebrate my wedding anniversary. I was amazed by the welcoming staff, the place and quality of food and drinks. It was just awesome! I must admit that it's the first hotel I've visited in Mauritius where all the personnel from the security guy, staff at the reception, restaurant, bar, spa, room service etc do their best to make your stay a memorable one. Bravo C Mauritius team, you are the best!
