Very oblivious and rude service. Food is okay-ish, not living up the the standards of pizza huts in general. Air conditioning is terrible. Please work on it, and live upto the expectations we've from pizza hut!

HOnestly worst restaurant in Mauritius. First time i went months ago, the staffs were rude.. I Gave it a second change and went again on sunday they were open, I sat in the restaurant for 15mins and wasn't even noticed by any staffs, didnt even got a menu or asked what i want to order.

Hardworking staff they seem very tired as there are only two waitress rushing with the orders. Best pan pizza.. But there are no more varieties When pizza hut was launched we used to have many starters like cheese cutlets and crispy calamari and also bbq wings no more available. Only flacq branch is worth going as they have seating arrangements with cutlery

Whatever we ordered on the menu was not available..... Why make a menu if its not available.... No mention of it anywhere which items are not available on this particular day!!! Really poor service

Nice place and pizza but to be honest not the pizza hut I used to know back, and one thing important vaccination card obligatory to dine in else nice pizza.

Well the service has deteriorated since pizza hut first opened in Flacq. My last order was average and the customer service is low as well. The staff discourage dine in as far as possible. Still if we'll prepared Pizza Hut can make the difference like before. I miss the cheesy bites Pizza.

Has good vegetarian selection of pizza. One of the places in Flacq which remains open till 9 pm. Located near the bus stand. In the ground floor of a shopping center called vip mall.

We dined here yesterday. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful, our waitress was charming and full of smiles. Only reason 4 star was salt and pepper should be provided not waitresses fault(covid safe). Thank you

I had a pizza from Pizza Hut more than 8yrs ago. I wasn't very satisfied. Though I'm not really a fan of PH, after so many years, I wanted to give a try again. The taste is the same, no innovation, no wow factor. Decent pizza, but medium size was way too small. If I had to choose, I'd rather go to Colonel Pizza situated at 10mins from Pizza hut.

The employees were very unhelpful, making the whole dining experience unpleasant. I would strongly advise against visiting this Pizza Hut if you're looking for quality service and a satisfying meal.
