writing
to
express
my
deep
dissatisfaction
with
the
poor
quality
of
service
and
unprofessional
behavior
exhibited
by
the
nurses
at
your
clinic
during
my
recent
visit
for
delivery,
specifically
a
C-section
procedure.
As
a
paying
patient,
I
expected
to
receive
competent
and
compassionate
care,
but
unfortunately,
my
experience
fell
far
below
expectations.
Firstly,
the
lack
of
basic
manners
displayed
by
the
nursing
staff
was
highly
disappointing.
The
nurses
failed
to
demonstrate
proper
etiquette,
respect,
and
sensitivity
towards
patients.
Their
behavior
was
not
only
unprofessional
but
also
completely
unacceptable.
I
strongly
believe
that
immediate
action
must
be
taken
to
address
this
issue
and
provide
them
with
the
necessary
training
to
improve
their
conduct.
Moreover,
I
would
like
to
draw
your
attention
to
several
specific
incidents
that
occurred
during
my
time
at
your
clinic.
I
witnessed
nurses
cleaning
the
wounded
C-section
area
in
an
extremely
rough
manner,
shouting
at
patients,
and
even
throwing
bottles
and
writing
pads
on
the
belly
area
where
the
C-section
had
been
performed.
Such
actions
are
not
only
disrespectful
but
also
pose
a
serious
risk
to
the
well-being
and
recovery
of
patients.
Furthermore,
I
observed
that
the
nurses
responsible
for
the
nursery
section
were
neglecting
their
duties.
They
were
frequently
found
sitting
outside,
using
their
mobile
phones,
and
even
sleeping
on
chairs
right
beside
the
nursery
during
their
working
shifts.
This
resulted
in
the
nursery
being
left
unattended,
leaving
crying
babies
unattended
at
night.
It
is
alarming
and
unacceptable
that
I,
as
a
concerned
parent,
had
to
bring
such
matters
to
their
attention,
as
it
is
their
duty
to
ensure
the
safety
and
well-being
of
infants
under
their
care.
It
is
disheartening
to
realize
that
the
substantial
amount
of
money
we
paid
for
our
treatment
at
your
clinic
did
not
translate
into
the
level
of
care
and
service
we
expected.
Instead,
we
witnessed
nurses
who
seemed
more
interested
in
personal
activities
such
as
sleeping
and
using
mobile
phones,
rather
than
fulfilling
their
professional
obligations.
I
strongly
urge
you
to
take
immediate
action
to
rectify
these
issues.
It
is
crucial
that
steps
are
taken
to
ensure
that
the
nursing
staff
undergoes
proper
training
to
improve
their
professionalism,
patient
care
skills,
and
adherence
to
ethical
standards.
Additionally,
measures
should
be
implemented
to
guarantee
adequate
staffing
and
supervision
in
the
nursery
section,
ensuring
the
safety
and
well-being
of
newborns.
Regrettably,
based
on
my
experience,
I
cannot
recommend
your
clinic
to
others,
solely
due
to
the
unprofessional
behavior
and
poor
quality
service
exhibited
by
the
nursing
staff.
I
sincerely
hope
that
you
will
address
these
concerns
promptly
and
take
the
necessary
steps
to
improve
the
overall
quality
of
care
provided
at
your
clinic.
