There isn't much to do on the island itself: no nice hike or walk or birds to watch (not even deers despite the name of the island). The beach itself isn't even half as nice as belle mare. Ferry boat to ile aux Cerfs - costs Rs450 per person and last ferry back is at 5pm. Price includes a welcome drink and access to sunloungers on the island. The island itself is nice. There are lots of reasonably priced water activities that you can do. Water is nice and calm on the leeward side of the island.

Great service and friendly staff. We paid 900 MRU which included parking, boat ride, welcome drink and sun bets. The cocktails at the bar are really good (not like in the resorts) and the food tastes good.
