One of the nicer places to sit and have a great cuppa! Service was amazing and the selection is superb. And as a plus the food options offered here are vast plus very tasty indeed! Highly Recommend a visit!

When we reached Illico in So'Flo ,we were welcomed by 2 very rude women at the counter, this was really annoying. But once we were seated, a very very nice waitress Sabrina, approached us to take our orders.Loved how calm and patient she was! We ordered the ricotta & cheese Raviolis , the burrata salad and a club sandwich. The Raviolis in the arrabbiata sauce were nice and the burrata salad even nicer. If you are a vegeterian, or simply love salad, I would highly recommend these two dishes! Thanks again Sabrina for your warmth and great customer service!

Ordered a crepe and a tandoori wrap. Great service. The staff was helpful and kind. Loves the tandoori wrap which was well stuffed,tasty and served with chips and a little salad. Ate to my full. The hot chocolate was great as well

Went to the Ebene branch MCB. The worst beef burger ever! The patty was precooked elsewhere and they heated it on spot. It was small, dry, tasteless. Never going there again! Wish I went to eat 2 dholl puri.

A small review of our brunch at Cascavelle. We were asked to be seated and our order would be taken. After more that 15 minutes, no one attended us. So we asked if someone could take our order and were told that orders were taken at the counter only. After we placed our order and have been served, a juice and a coffee were forgotten. Also, the cheese taste was not caught up in my spinach crepe fourré. I was told everything was included in the mixture that they receive from 'maison mere'. Later on, when a family of foreigners came at the coffee shop once seated a waitress came to take their order at their table. Uh we're are paying the same price for the food and services as foreigners so how can we be treated differently?

Very bad experience will NOT recommend. Staff were very rude, unpleasant and condescending. Not children friendly at all, my kids wanted a chocolate pancake, was 2pm n the waitress Very rudely said they don't serve it before 2.30pm. I ordered a chicken pancake for myself, she took the order and after 5 mins she came n said there were no pancakes available. She's a waitress, it's her job to know what's available and what's not. Their ice tea was the most horrible I've ever tasted. The other meals we ordered were equally bad, even their cakes. BAD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

You should really stop taking people orders and money when you can't respect the order made...you can't just removed the brownies or piece of chocolate upon the cake and replace with some random few fruits. A friend of mine ordered the same death by chocolate cake some months ago and the same issue!! Thats unacceptable!! We paid for it and you can't just proceed as you wish.

It is a real pleasure to have food at Illico Cascavelle. From the moment we walk in, we are welcomed by Mel and her staff with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The waitstaff is knowledgeable and attentive and make sure all our needs are met. They provide excellent recommendations and make sure the pace of the meal is comfortable always checking if we need anything. The food are noteworthy with a diverse menu that offers a variety of dishes to choose from. We like so much the salads, pastas. Last time we tried the osso bucco and were blown away by the bold flavors and perfect seasoning. My experience at Illico Cascavelle has always been fantastic thanks in large part to the exceptional staff who make us feel at home. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable food experience, with a staff that truly goes above and beyond.

I was introduced to Illico by some very close friends a couple of weeks ago and we all dined there. I was made very welcome by the very friendly staff who put us all at ease. The food was excellent and the atmosphere added to to a great evening. The friendliness of the staff certainly made the evening more enjoyable. It was such a good experience that we have today come back for breakfast and have been received with the same enthusiasm & the food equally as good as my first visit. The staff a credit to the company and certainly know what customer service is all about. Very well done to everyone. I'll be back again very soon.

Went on Sat 10/06. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Food is awesome. I ordered a Chef Salad which was very tasteful with chicken, greens, mayo, pesto (pesto is awesome). My boyfriend asked for more bread as it was also good! Also ordered a pumpkin soup and fish with almonds, sauce a la creme. Everything was on point!
