The road that leads to see the dam was closed for no apparent reason, the guard there advised we park in a field behind some gates then walk 1.6 miles return trip.

Very large landscape, good for jogging, relaxing and to do other activities such as 1. Fishing Our family loves to fish! We are fortunate to live on a lake that is perfect for bass fishing. After a long day of work or school, you’ll likely see one of “The Boys” casting their poles out into the lake right off our dock. It’s one of the ways they calm down after a rough day. 2. You can do jogging and other sport activities. It is recommended to wear winter outfit since it is very windy and cold. Bring along mosquito repellant and bottle of water. 3.Piknik might not be allowed, however you can bring a matte, along some foods and drinks to chill. Please keep away your waste from the dam. Free accessibility and parking.

Beautiful drive. Gates were closed when we got there. Pity we did not know about access hours & permit required from elsewhere prior to travelling all the way.

This is a dam place. It's okay if you didn't get the pun. You can go here for a walk or jogging, the biw is amazing, green and freshness surrounding the place. It's even visible from the peak of le pouce mountain. You can spend an entire afternoon here and relax or just spend few hours, its up to you. Do bring your own water and snacks, as no shop is available nearby. And try to leave before it gets dark. For your own safety.

Very quiet place. Not many people. Need to climb 108 steps to reach the top but the view from there is just wow. Can even spot Pieter Both mountain from there. Also a nice place to have a walk or jog.
