As the daughter of an in-patient there, I have found some of the nursing staff horribly arrogant when I tried to call from abroad. Visiting hours for overseas next of kin do not exist - sort out the bedside manners and add a little compassion please!

Initial triage intake was quick, polite and professional . After that it all went downhill. Porter nurse didn’t understand that my “(foot was broken)” and banged me into the doorways. X-Ray tech wouldn’t help me through the door and insisted I crawl up to the x ray bed without assistance. He was then heavy handed with me and grabbed my foot and twisted my ankle to get my X-rays. No wheelchairs, no crutches and the doctor would only give me a paracetamol script. My heelbone/Calcaneus is broken. Severe pain. Many staff just played with their smart while I was hopping on one foot and struggling to get around. Completely useless. Beware

The staffs are wonderful the ministry of health n wellness should shuffle its staff islandwise so that the staff put into use what they have learnt n can learn more. They won't be slack. And slow mo....

- Unhygienic - Few parking spaces for public (you might have to park your car in the nearby shopping mall during the day and walk all the way to the hospital! - You might have to wait for long before consultation - Some admin staffs & nurses badly need soft skills training. - Different doctors give different advises and some would often warn you not to listen to other hospital doctors and do as they say. As such, patients often find themselves confused and frustrated.

The place is dirty and smells like s**t. You always have to wait too long before being taken care of. 9 out of 10 people who work there are ill mannered and just don't care. Need some serious upgrades overall. The "road" that's leads there is full of holes and even the bus stop shelter is dirty.

Compared to other hospitals its usually less crowded. Has plenty of parking space. Easily accessible by bus. Definitely gloomy at times.

Came here to casualty from airport as was taken ill before flight to UK in the early hours 30th sept.athough hospital has cockroaches etc when they found out it was my heart the nurse and doctors especially the cardiac doctor were absolutely amazing. My treatment was excellent and the compassion. I can't thank you enough saving my life before I was transferred to Darné.

Been admitted there lately, the emergency unit is very professional, but the administrative side needs to be improved. Poor communication between admissions and patient's ward. Some wards are more efficient than others, good leadership must be improved.

Large health care facility with >200 beds .

Very poor service...am with my mum waiting to get a bed since 11am and its already 4pm now...mum is suffering from chest infection and only one dose of nebulizer has been given since morning...there is no updates also from the staffs...very unprofessional
