It is a calm spot with a good parking area and benches to sit. There was hardly any people when I went there. However, in my opinion we have better beaches in Mauritius. It is not good for swimming. Also, there were no food vendors when I went on a Sunday.

Not the best beach to go to, but it’s a nice long one if u don’t mind. It swimming. Best time to go is during the dry season when the water is clear, as after it rains this area is usually flooded with brown river water, which make a great shark buffet. Lots of river debris washes up here as well.
