Es ist ein Strand! Schön ist der viele Platz unter den Filao Bäumen wo man immer einen Schattenplatz findet. Der Strand ist am Wochenende voll aber bei weitem nicht überfüllt. Kein Vergleich mit den Ostseestränden oder gar den Liegenlandschaften auf Mallorca. Die Inselbewohner genießen hier ihr Wochenende mit grillen und Musik bis spät abends. Die Fotos zeigen den Strand an einem Sonntag. Das Wasser ist angenehm warm. Störend finde ich die Bojen, die keine 10 m vom Ufer verlaufen. Insgesamt finde ich den Strand von Flic En Flac überbewertet, insbesondere wenn man andere Strände zum Beispiel die traumhaften Buchten von Curacao kennt. Schön aber weder spektakulär noch atemberaubend. Wie immer liegt das natürlich im Auge des Betrachters. Die Hotelstrände, die man ja wunderbar ablaufen kann sind noch schlimmer. Badeschuhe sind ein absolutes muss, gibt es hier doch sehr viele Seeigel und das Wasser ist nicht immer klar genug, dass man sieht wo man hintritt.
