This
is
a
Hindu
religious
site
which
attracts
over
600k
visitors
during
the
annual
festival
of
the
night
of
Shiva
I
think.
The
temple
is
situated
in
the
Great
Bassin
not
so
far
from
the
Black
River
Gorges.
The
temple
has
huge
hand-crafted
monuments
of
the
Hindu
God,
Lord
Shiva
and
several
other
deities.
Behind
the
temple
is
the
holy
lake
which
is
used
for
prayers
only
and
not
fishing
or
other
secular
activities.
We
were
able
to
enter
the
temple
and
watch
the
religious
rites
as
our
tour
guide
explained
the
powers
of
each
of
the
Hindu
gods.
It
was
an
interesting
tour.
Although
we
were
told
that
there
were
monkeys
who
come
to
eat
the
fruits
left
by
worshippers
but
it
was
rainy
and
we
couldn't
see
the
monkeys
but
in
all,
it
was
a
fantastic
tour.
I
highly
recommend
it,
and
it's
always
good
to
learn
about
other
religions.
