Long queues at all cashiers because cannot scan barcodes on frozen food, vegetables and other stuffs, need to input the barcode number manually. Jumbo has to upgrade their antiquated bar code scanners.

Nice shopping mall. Opened late at night. The hypermarket has lots of varieties from foodstuff to tools and it's quite affordable. The food court is great and it also offer different varieties of cuisines and fast foods. The parking is very spacious and they even have a car wash in it. Will recommend to visit this place.

Good place to do groceries & they have a good variety of french products they also have agood variety of breads. There are also many other brand name store a big food court kfc and Mac Donald

Worst place to shop the staffs don't have the etiquettes to talk to behave with customers. They like my money not me. The securities also they don't have a way to behave with ladies.

Can be accessed easily.. They have reasonably good parking space.. Not all good brands (in Mauritius) for shopping are available here.. Many food stalls with varieties of food and cuisines are available.. Overall, good mall (not best) and easily accessible..!

Nice one stop mall, you'll get most of the things you want from fast food, drugstore, hypermarket, garments etc

Nice place for shopping with parking facilities. The main access from Riche Terre round about is now opened no need to go at round about Jinfei now.

Very good hypermarket.. They got loads of products loads of variety.. lots of promo eve if sometime the price are high for some particular products but you will not loose on the quality..i like to go there..

Had to do some grocery shopping, went to Winners but there was no parking, so we decided to go to Riche Terre. Got all the products, even got a gift for my son. It's a bit far from my place but it's always a pleasure to go there. The food court is well worth a try.

Decently priced store and was very well stocked with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and the store was clean and we'll maintained.

Nice place 4 shopping, a nice foodcourt 4 lunch n dinner and a play corner 4 kids. Awesome.

New food experience at Jumbo Riche Terre. Charming and relaxing. For those loving Grill Chicken legs and Lamb, Tasty Grill Mix Grill is definitely a good choice. Apart you still can have the Mauritian Roti and Dholl Pouri bites. I noticed that Saffron Briani has more choices of Chinese Foods rather than briani and menus are a affordable, can give a try.

A lot of offers on fruits and vegetables from Friday till sunday They also reduce a lot of food close to expiration date Had to wait 14 minutes to weigh fruits because the scale wasn't set up on promo prices Always check your receipts because some products are scanned twice

Large supermarket with a variety of stuff. Yet, it always lacks some staff to help you around if ever you need help or any kind of info.

1 star due to EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT OF SECURITY IN CHARGE What is the use of having a double yellow lines and security in charge when people are allowed to park,stop on double yellow lines,obstructing traffic just to go to ATM? and this is an EVERYDAY issue since long time. Note to management: *Double Yellow lines - not allowed to stop or park. Grateful if appropriate actions can be taken. Thank you

Very poor service at the fromagerie section. Each time I went there to get cheese the staff was acting like I don't exist. I called several times and no answer from the staff. Especially today 17/12/2023 round 20:25) it was even worst, the staff looked at us several times but didn't come to serve. The place being unclean most of the time does not help with the experience. Compared to Jumbo Phoenix, this is atrocious.

A super shopping mall, it has a multitude of different trades within. One can find everything that's needed and the price is displayed so you know. Very clean and modern.

Good food good vibe good atmosphere, it was a nice visite, the stores were well versed and the supermarket was nice also with a lot of varieties as things to buy... The food court is also nice ... A bit crowdy at some point but there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the food. There is plenty of varieties as food and desserts and also at good prices.

Great place to visit, a mall that entertains and provides all types of products that you would be looking up to. A gaming zone would be the best finishing touch to complete the Riche Terre Mall as an 'attraction'.

It would be better if they patched the ceiling and installed some ventilation.

To me? Much more fun than the Phoenix branch. During the festive season this place is alive and buzzing. Shopping choices... Anything and evreything. One downside is the service time at the supermarket, believe me: there are no " caisses rapides" patience is your only ally there.

One of the best malls in the north (not many of this size that's why). Love the different varieties of food available. Generous parking space. Jumbo hypermarket may be expensive but surely offers great choice for shopping. Very accessible.

I really like Jumbo Riche Terre supermarket. They may not have the best variety of products in Mauritius, but they have good products. And most importantly, fresh products, mainly in the meat and vegetable sections. My wife and I really like to do food shopping there.

Staff at the reception are never welcoming please train your staff to wear a smile..you have to wait a lot to keep yr belongings. They pay more attention to those who are queuing to play loto or to buy cigarettes. Very crowded on Saturday I had to look for a trolley as there was none available. They always have lots of special promotions and discount. I got a discount voucher when buying roasted chicken the staff explained to me about the promotional offer for label 60. There were many hostesses proposing new brands and products. We tried the orangina and arla cheese spread. They also had buy 1 get 1 free on dumplings. It was indeed value for money.. They have a very large variety of products..best hypermarket very spacious. The only place where I saw boys handling the cashier with pride and they are kind too. The parking lot has a naming issue the parking zone has not been named yet. It is such a pleasure to be there many shops around like orchids shoes samsung manjoo courts ibiza 361 fastclick and many more.
