Cool place, nice decor... I had a non dairy blueberry smoothie which was refreshing. Plus I ordered the madness burger which tasted crazy!! The combination of caramlised onion with cheese with chicken with pineapple with eggs is simply awesome. The burger was accompanied by a simple yet crispy fresh salad. Also tasted the chicken and mushroom pasta which was delicious. However would not recommend the chicken bolognaise pasta, there's kinda sweet flavor to it which spoils the whole meal. Overall it's definitely a place to go and eat with friends, family or your love 😍 😋 total value for money!

I've been here twice in less than a week, Black Sheeep makes one of the best burgers in Mauritius. I've had the normal beef burger and the 'Black Sheeep' with black buns (beef option) both were yummy. The patty size fits the buns perfectly and everything in the burger compliments it's taste. The place provides a cozy atmosphere and the staff are very polite, the only downside is that there isn't much of a designated parking area and there are few tables available. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place !

Its not the best burger place in Mauritius. I have tasted the frenchkiss burger. On paper it seemed promising but there were too many textures too many different tastes that the result makes a tasteless burger.. its was basic.. I like to taste food the way the chef makes it, so I never give recommemdations but that day, your eggs were not cook at all and not cook egg white mix to an untoasted bun...not a great combo. I was hype to taste Blacksheep burger since long, was totally not worth it. However the starters are great and kids meal was nice too. The service is great, smiling staff and very helpfull. The service was fast, very fast. Go have a taste of your own, you might visit them on a better day.

The chicken burger was good, a bit greasy though. The bread was gliding on the chicken. A bit expensive. The waitress was a bit rude, I felt like I was disturbing her. The look is alright, I loved their macaron.

Had a blacksheep beef burger which was really nice. Clean place and staff was polite (and impressive to remember the orders of 6 persons with add-ons). Time to serve was just right. Has some parking spaces off the edge of the roads. Can be quite busy at night and seating is quite limited. Serving quantity is nice for the price. Recommended.

My experience with them is a bit on the rough side. Went there at around 3:30, ( they close at 4) and got told RUDELY in capitals that they are closing so we have to pay on the spot and can't really dine in cuz they closing soon. Which I do kind of understand, but the sternness was bothering and unwelcoming and it happened twice to me. The lady serving you seriously looks you dead in the eye and I do believe this could've been done 10x more politely. But on the flip side, you're served an excellent food with little waiting time unlike other burger places. I'll give them a 4 cuz of the food only.

I've been there over 4times. Feel like the food quality has dropped. The chicken burger didn't feel cooked thoroughly felt several tiny pieces of 'bones ' which ruined the food texture and was dry. The fries as well wasn't that good as they used to be.

1 starter-crispy chicken wings was dry. 2 chips - was okay 3- hotdog was nice 4- burger (beef frenchkiss, chicken Frenchkiss and blue sheep burger) - was great but not the best (too cook) 5- salad - was good, but very small portion compare to the chips portion. 6. Service - not welcoming.

The kitchen closes at 21h and i reached there at 21h05... and it was during new year's time a friday night!!! Who closes so early?? I called multiple times before that to reserve but no one picked up. I think they should also care for late dinners. Staff categorically refuse to accomodate us. Not friendly at all. I advise you to call and reserve before going coz place is very small.

I used to be a regular at BlackSheep Beau-Bassin, but I had the worst experience today. I ordered pasta and they said this particular meal is served with Penne - which I didn't mind. Here is where it went wrong - when I got the food, I used to their pepper grinder on my food, the whole grinder opened and all the peppercorn fell in my bowl. Clearly, they did not check if their pepper grinder set was properly closed. I did not even mind this. What I did not appreciate was when I went back and explained to them what happened and asked if I can get a second plate, the girl working there went on defensive and said that its not their fault because they checked that the pepper grinder is fully closed (mind you, she was cleaning the table I was at so I could use it, and never once she checked if the lid was properly closed). When I asked if I could have the same dish, she said I will have to pay again and this time I will have it in spaguetti not penne (while few mins ago, I was told this dish is only penne-specific). I ended up paying twice for a dish I ate once. There was no kindness and empathy whatsoever from the girl to understand that the first dish that got spoilt was still untouched. I was not blaming her that she did not check, but I was expecting an understand that it wad not my fault either. Not going back to this restaurant again.

Worse experience ever, they called once to say that an item i ordered was unavailable, no problem so we change it. 2 mins later someone else calls and says to re send the correct order online so we do and when we do that, we change one of the items and add another one. they then call again to say that because they already prepared the first order that i will have to take both orders although they themselves told me to re send the order. and of course they get annoyed and grumpy when we say we don't want the original order , we only want the 2nd one. so we have to pay for 2 orders when its not our fault and they have the guts to be annoyed at us. would give 0 starts if possible will definetly never order from there again worse customer experience ive ever experienced.

Very good food. However, the service is very poor. Plate of starters removed before we have finished (1/2 of starters remained) and main course served. Servers are not very present, had to look around for them. Needs a deep cleaning as well. Dead lizards can be found hanging on the wall.
