This is one of the dirtiest and unhygienic outlet in mauritius. Staffs is demotivated and don't care about service delivery. Dine-in tables are not cleaned, oily and filthy. Definitely not recommended.

Service is slow. No monitor to show order delivery numbers, you need to stand in front wait and listen if they have called your number which is not convenient specially when you are not alone. Food ok but not to the standard of Mc Donald’s abroad. Serves food without giving napkins. You need to go there and ask “may I have napkins please” .

I have been there several times. If you can order via drive-thru, do it. It will help you avoid more of the the rude and non-assistive staffs 😄 Most of the time when you order, be it at the counter or drive-thru, it really feels like we are interrupting them or something, maybe we should have presented our excuse first then give our order 😅. Always check your orders when they give you takeaway, happened a lot of times where there were missing food items. If you see a lot of people at the self order kiosk, it's probably that they are taking orders only from the kiosk. If you go and queue up at the counter, too bad for you, you should have known cause they wont bother telling you 🤦 Maybe try some cleaning also during late evening 🧹 Food is ok though compared to some other mcdo.

Pretty darn terrible service. Staff unhelpful if not rude @ best while automated ordering systems are a hit n miss. You can see the orders screen recently flipped backwards while the automated ordering booths are all out of action. I suppose Mauritian staffers aren’t used to such rigorous fast food service but that may be a result of the constant staff turnaround / low pay. If you’re really REALLY desperate for a burger, seek elsewhere or if all options have been exhausted, enter this mad house at your own peril! 🍔 🚫

My son asked for a regular Grand Chicken for dinner. And I check the receipt and saw that every burger was regular. We then went home and ate. Suddenly, my son took a bite out of the Grand Chicken and he was staring into the abyss. He then told us that it was very spicy. Now my son has a problem with his throat where he bleeds when swallowing food due to the spiciness of the food. Wouldn't recommend this place. Their service is very bad. Would recommend other McDonalds than that one.

Absolute garbage. It took 15 whole mins for them to give us 2 Frappes via drive through May I add and the drive through girl did a little dance before giving us our drinks. And even after that we got 2 milkshakes instead.

The front desk was very unfriendly and rude. Not professional at all. Not even a greeting. She was stopping me to use the touch screen machine to order due to lack of items available but allowing other guests to use it. It was my 20th times i came to Mac donald since the beginning of this year but after what I experienced yesterday 02/05/2023 evening at around 20:10, it would be my last time now. It was a lady wearing glass with no name tag. The food was good but this lady made me lost appetite. Very disappointed.

Had a big meal of spicy Grand chicken. The large orange juice tastes just like water. So little salad inside the burger which was not even fresh, the burger looked very empty as pictured. The air conditioning is not working in hot summer days.

Lamentable customer service. Must review your employees, because they don't have manners for elder people. My mom was there thrice and they were so rude toward her yet she has waited 1H for a burger. I am very disappointed with McDonald's of Riche Terre.

Nice food but the female cashier we had needs to be trained for courtesy and politeness .. need to learn way to talk with customers and if feeling fed up attending orders, should be going home early. But the others were quite trained and smiling though there was quite some orders for them to be delivered!

The drive through service need to be review, how can the same girl handle an order effectively while receiving the payments of an another customer at the same time???

I really loved the place...Especially when you visit them early in the morning you are been treated very well. Although, I had some issues In the past when you do deliveries with them you tend to get your foods at low quality. It wasn't really pleasing but of lately I have since a big change in the way things are done...So, overall this McDonald's is great and offers wonderful service.

They are always out of Coca zero and other drinks. Self order kiosk menu not always up to date, so sometimes you don't get what you ordered, especially drinks being out of stock quite often. You opted for additional free tomato slice, etc, too bad for you if they are out of stock, we may not even tell you about this at pick up. Burgers are often not neatly prepared, there is always food coming out from all sides. You will get your hands dirty rearranging your burger. Table service not operational most of the time. They will shout your number even if you took a table tent number. Order queue monitor is a gimmick. The employees rush your order through from being prepared to ready to serve, to your order dissappearing completely from the screen while you are waiting for your order. What's the point? Maybe to keep their KPIs in check, even if they don't reflect the reality.

Very poor service ...saw a man who was taking his pack of food out...the bag was so fragile that it broke and all fell down...no one came for help nor did anythg for that customer...atleast they could have gave him some chips as all was on the floor.... it fell down because of the bad packaging...overall no customer service at all ...no smile ...nor a good way of talking to customers...i prefer mac do portlouis....

This is one of the worst outlets I have been to. The staffs just seem demotivated and uncaring. Customers have to wait a lot and the staffs just ignore the queue, being more invested in chatting and laughing among themselves. The food may have been dropped at the pick-up counter, but there is no-one to distribute it right away. Also, there is no staff at the counter. Even if you just have to pay, they still will make you wait for long before they come to the counter. The burgers also seem bland as compared to other outlets.

Poor and slow service despite having few customers. Today it seemed that lettuce was out of stock as displayed in the restaurant itself. Was hoping to have at least a resonable amount of mayo, but I only got 3 drops of mayo (see picture attached), 3 poor drops for a grand chicken 🙂🙂🙂🙂. Do not recommend at all.

McDonalds Riche terre gives good food but sometimes are queues are super long and the service may take some time but because I typically rate for the food I give it a 4/5. Because I kinda get annoyed at kids the atmosphere isn't my cup of tea but others might like it

I went there for my anniversary on 10th of January 2022, bought a mc chicken. When I ate a bite, i realised that the chicken was made the day before(maybe 9/01/22). I didnt appreciate that at all. I went to complain about it, they gave me another one( freshly made). The spicy chicken also was the same! I was so disappointed! I love mcdo & i know the difference between a freshly cooked food & food cooked on the eve. This is not the way of doing business. I don't know about the way you operate nor the instructions given by the supervisors/managers to serve food cooked the day before.

At 4 pm, I went for a Cheeseburger Meal but was refused as the one taking the order assumed I was asking for the lunch deal (12 am to 3 pm). I told her I am not asking for the lunch deal. Just give me the burger meal and I'll pay normal price. I was refused and I had to order a cheeseburger, a chips and a coke separately! I'll give McDonald's a 5 star as I love it but Riche Terre needs to train it's staff.

These employees lack motivation and customer care. (Not all, more than 75%). They need training. Not wearing mask properly. No hand sanitizers at drive thru window(delivery). In this pandemic, you should work more on the drive thru service. If you want more improvement , let me knw. Thx

The worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Literally, the burger is dry and the workers don't even pay attention. Bet cuz of their low salary. I ordered my food and it took 15 mins to get the most disgusting meal that I ever saw. The workers are definitely lazy. What a shame to be able to work there. I think this restaurant needs an upgrade or smth cuz damn, you're literally losing customers right now. Don't even bother coming here, trust me..

Worst drive thru service at Mc Donald riche Terre. the service is very slow and the staff very rude. They serve cold chips. A drive thru service should be quick, as customer who chose this type of service is basically in a hurry. I do understand that it was lunch time but if the company is providing such a service they should ensure proper and competent staffs.

The Mcdo of Riche Terre is far from a fast food. You must wait for 25-30 mins minimum to have a food that is often not even hot. This is absolutely the Mcdo standards.

Used to have great service. Bought 3 large fries, 9 mccrispy and 8 wings but was give only 2 ketchup sauce and when i ask the women if 1 could get some extra ketchup and chilli she gave me only 3 chilli sauce. Very disappointing!
