Nice
place
and
great
food,
but
customer
service
is
ridiculously
poor.
After
being
there
twice,
we
recommended
friends
to
join
us
on
our
third
visit
on
Saturday
10
June
2023
at
around
11.30am,
but
definitely
that
was
my
last
visit
there
due
to
a
very
bad
experience.
The
Manager
in
charge
on
that
day
was
very
rude
to
us.
Initially,
we
arrived
there
as
a
couple
with
our
baby
and
bought
some
cakes
and
drinks
while
waiting
for
four
other
friends
to
join
us.
On
reaching
there,
we
saw
the
Manager
separating
two
tables
which
I
assume
was
used
by
a
group
of
person
before
our
arrival.
So,
we
thought
of
telling
him
that
more
friends
will
be
joining
us
any
time
soon
and
that
if
he
could
please
leave
the
two
tables
adjacent
to
each
other,
but
to
our
great
surprise
he
refused
and
said
that
once
our
friends
come,
they
can
choose
their
seats
as
they
don't
do
reservations.
Fair
enough,
but
then
after
a
few
minutes
two
of
our
friends
came
and
immediately
joined
us.
The
Manager
rushed
towards
our
table
and
without
any
greetings
he
started
talking
in
a
very
arrogant
tone
(i
would
describe
it
as
yelling)
and
asked
us
to
move
to
the
outdoor
table
with
benches
in
the
scorching
sun
as
we
can't
sit
in
groups
at
the
tables.
His
tone
was
so
loud
that
everyone
around
turned
heads
to
see
what
was
happening
making
us
feel
that
we
were
culprits.
I
had
a
little
baby
in
my
arms
and
the
manager
was
not
even
gentle
to
let
us
sit
peacefully
at
the
sheltered
table
and
he
kept
on
repeating
that
we
cannot
sit
in
group
of
six
at
there.
He
stated
that
they
have
many
clients
as
the
only
reason
for
us
to
get
out
of
the
sheltered
table.
But,
please
let
me
remind
you,
we
were
also
your
clients
at
that
time
and
it
is
insane
that
he
was
removing
adjacent
tables
when
we
reached
at
the
beginning,
which
meant
that
it
is
possible
to
place
two
tables
side
by
side.
Also,
let
me
clarify
that
at
that
time
when
we
were
present
the
bar/restaurant
was
not
fully
occupied
which
means
that
we
had
ample
time
to
finish
our
lunch
before
any
other
customer
would
come
for
dine-in.
A
few
minutes
later
two
other
friends
came
to
join
us
and
they
sat
at
another
table
that
was
slightly
close
to
our
table
of
four.
We
chose
to
remain
seated
at
the
tables
instead
of
going
outside
as
we
already
started
having
lunch.
However,
the
Manager
was
still
giving
us
absurd
looks
as
if
we
were
damaging
his
property
and
came
several
times
to
ask
if
we
were
using
the
two
spare
chairs
and
even
asked
if
he
can
remove
the
plates
and
cutlery
as
if
we
were
monopolising
all
his
tables
at
the
restaurant.
At
the
end
we
could
not
have
a
peaceful
lunch
as
we
were
sitting
on
two
separate
tables
and
were
being
constantly
monitored
and
'harassed'
by
the
Manager
since
we
didn't
listen
to
him
by
sitting
outside
in
the
windy
and
sunny
weather
(unsuitable
for
a
baby).
Before
leaving,
my
husband
went
to
share
his
bad
experience,
but
the
Manager
was
not
even
willing
to
listen
to
us
or
accept
his
mistakes.
He
kept
on
repeating
that
we
went
against
his
restaurant
policies
by
dining
there
as
a
group
of
six
persons.
To
summarise,
that
was
a
horrible
customer
experience
that
I
have
never
encountered
at
any
place.
We
will
never
step
there
again
and
will
definitely
not
recommend
anyone
to
go
there.
You
have
a
very
long
way
to
go
to
improve
your
customer
service
and
train
your
staff
to
at
least
speak
politely
to
clients.
