The
first
time
we
dined
at
Kolonel
pizza
about
2
months
ago
the
experience
was
delightful,
welcoming
staff,
excellent
food,
we
had
the
premium
seafood
pizza
and
a
bunch
of
other
things.
We
had
a
wonderful
time.
We
decided
to
come
back
last
night.
What
followed
was
a
shame.
Came
in
and
did
not
get
a
menu
until
we
ran
out
of
patience
and
asked
for
it.
A
long
while
after
getting
the
menu
nobody
came
to
take
our
order
so
I
had
to
walk
up
to
the
counter
to
ask
if
someone
was
ever
going
to
come.
I
then
learnt
that
there
was
a
change
in
management
that
orders
have
to
be
given
at
the
counter
and
nobody
would
come
to
the
tables.
How
is
anyone
to
know
that
if
the
staff
working
there
do
not
tell
customers
walking
in
to
order
at
the
counter.
Also
this
was
not
the
case
2
months
ago.
We
ordered
the
seafood
premium
pizza
again.
Half
of
the
listed
ingredients
on
the
menu
were
completely
missing
from
the
pizza.
No
squid,
no
octopus,
barely
any
calamari,
one
single
prawn
in
the
middle
and
4
measly
mussels.
Their
pricier
item,
barely
anything
in
it.
And
almost
burnt.
So
I
went
to
the
counter
to
report
what
was
clearly
a
mistake
but
was
told
the
ingredients
were
changed
because
other
people
disliked
what
is
listed
on
the
menu.
I
should
have
been
told
that
the
ingredients
have
changed
while
placing
the
order
because
they
are
clearly
listed
on
the
menu
but
nobody
thought
that
was
a
good
idea.
There
is
zero
communication.
Nobody
offered
a
solution
and
just
stood
there
at
the
counter
and
stared.
It
was
late
and
we
were
hungry,
so
we
did
with
what
we
had,
we
ate.
Afterwards
we
settled
the
bills
and
I
asked
to
talk
to
the
person
in
charge
to
have
a
conversation
around
communication
and
customer
retention
especially
in
the
service
business.
Turned
out
to
be
two
young
inexperienced
guys
at
the
counter
standing
still
not
knowing
what
to
say.
According
to
them
there
is
a
third
person
which
I
would
be
happy
to
have
a
conversation
with
around
this
experience,
I
believe
there
is
much
to
learn
and
feel
free
to
drop
a
private
message.
Service
is
not
about
selling
a
product
once
but
retaining
customers
and
in
that
regards
Kolonel
pizza
failed
us
and
everyone
in
our
immediate
circle.
We
were
left
and
we
left
disappointed.
