Highlight of my trip to Mauritius. Decided to do PADI Open Water and cannot recommend enough. Rajiv is a brilliant instructor, relaxed, positive and most of all he made previously incomprehensible aspects of diving extremely clear and easy to learn - truly a great teacher. Many thanks, mate! There are many dive sites to choose from depending on the conditions, divers ability and what one wants to see. The whole team is super friendly and immediately make you feel like you belong. Shoutout goes to Alex - relax when you read this, my friend ;) Centre is well equipped with quality gear, briefing room and shower to rinse off. Honestly, I wish I had more time as I wouldn't hesitate to keep diving with Crystal Diving and go on with Advanced Open Water. Hopefully next time!

A bit disappointing as the reviews had been good. We went on a fun dive with them: - We were not provided with a depth gauge or a dive computer as part of the full equipment rental, which is against PADI recommendations. According the the OW training, you should have one of these per individual. - When out on the dive, the guide didn't point anything out to us, he just swam and expected us to follow the whole time

My wife and I both never did scuba diving before and it would be an understatement to say that we had high respect for going down deep for the very first time. Our guide Rajiv however managed to make us feel absolutely safe the whole time-starting with the briefing and underwater we never even thought of the depth and enjoyed every single minute. Great team and, as far I can tell, great equipment as well. Highly recommended for anybody that always wanted to try scuba diving but never really dared to do it (just like us☺️)

Hotel suitable for families with water playground, heated swimming pool and more for children. Large beach and very welcoming staff. Magic happens here very often, breakfast, lunch, snack at 4pm and dinner. The all-inclusive formula which also includes drinks is better. The rooms are a little old, but whoever stays in the room is fine....😀. Recommended structure. There is WLAN almost everywhere, but it's better to buy a local card for less than 10 euros, you have 15 GB of data to consume in a week. The property also offers beach towels, which can be changed several times a day. In addition to the typical cuisine, they offer different varieties for other cultures every day. Here we don't eat beef, pork, cow, the meat is mainly chicken, turkey, lamb and then a lot of fish....😋😋😋. Highly recommended property for couples and families. In this area there are no discos but only relaxation and many things to see. For excursions the hotel offers daily taxis at reasonable prices (around 80 euros per taxi max 4 people excluding driver) which take you wherever you want, advise you on trips organized by the agency. Same service at a cheaper price.

All around perfect. Good communication in advance via WhatsApp, detailed briefings, friendly and helpful. You can tell the guys are having fun because they're a lot of jokes and things like that. I also found it particularly cool that you could sometimes choose the dive site yourself.

We took the glass bottom with our young family a couple of times and enjoyed the experience of going to the reefs to spot the wide array of tropical fish. We also took out the pedalos, which we we also enjoyed using. The staff are helpful and clearly knowledgeable about the surroundings and the importance of safety on the water. Hope to come back again in the future.

Very good diving center. Instructors are very good and know the surrounding area very well. Rental material and boat equipment as it should be. We saw turtles several times and the wreck dive was also great.

I had a great morning diving with the team at Crystal. I hadn't been diving for 8 years and was a little anxious, but Rajiv was very patient and explained everything simply, in a way that was easy to understand and without judgement at how much I'd forgotten! The dive site was beautiful and we saw so many fish! The site was called Aquarium so you can imagine how many different species we saw. An incredible experience!

Brilliant, first time diving, were fantastic with my partner who was very nervous when in the sea. Saw a turtle and lots of marine life on the small (or big, can't remember) castle dive site. Will be going for a 2nd dive later this week. Instructors were exceptional and the gear is in good condition.

This was my first time in Mauritius and the team here really give you a warm welcome. They are all very professional, go through the possible dive sites in detail and the equipment that I rented was in good order. The briefings before the dives were detailed and everyone had the opportunity to express any issues they had like troubles with ears not equalising quickly. The group sizes are great, kept to a minimum so that you get a good guided dive with lots to see and all operated in a 100% safe way. The facilities on site are good with a shower/ toilet and places to clean your own kit and store it for the next dive. I would not hesitate to use Crystal again when I return to Mauritius.

When in Mauritius we went on our first dive ever and decided to do the Open Water Diver (certification course). The whole team is really friendly and they have a really nice atmosphere over there. Our teacher Rajay was really nice as well and we enjoyed our dives with him a lot! Highly recommend this place!

We were in Mauritius and wanted to dive. The last time I went diving was four years ago and my fiancée has never been there. We then took the Advanced Open Water Diver and the Open Water Diver license there. The diving instructors took a lot of time to show us everything. We felt we were in good hands and it was just a very good atmosphere. So if you want to learn or go diving I can definitely recommend it. Kind regards to Amine at this point ❤️ and to the whole team

We went on two dives with the Centre. We enjoyed diving with them a lot. We felt very safe with the guides, they took a lot of time on briefing and double checking if we set up our equipment correctly. Under the water they were able to show us fishs we wouldn't have seen other wise (stone fish & barrakudas!). Would recommend! :)

I did my reactive course today with Rajiv and really enjoyed Rajiv's teaching both in the class and in the water. He made my love for diving enthusiastic, fun and theoretical. He is the bouancy master and taught me alot about utilising the lungs more and breathing. Highly recommended

I was only diving with Crystal Diving for 1 day, but I was more than satisfied! From the WhatsApp info beforehand, pickup from the hotel, briefing, equipment, choice of diving site in strong waves, happiness, relaxation under water, and the fish took part too! If I had been in the East longer, I would definitely have continued diving with them! Thank you!

Very competent team, friendly, funny and flexible. Our teacher Amin (for the open water diver course) was perfect for my boyfriend and me! As I was a beginner in diving Amin was patient and listened to my needs, he was super kind and therefore gave me the confidence to complete the course.

I have had the experience of diving with crystal diving in Mauritius. What can I say they were amazing right from the start, all of the team are friendly very welcoming and also very skilled and knowledgeable. The equipment is all very well maintained and up to date. I had a total of 7 dives in all, over the 2 weeks I was there. I would definitely recommend Crystal diving to anyone who is coming to Mauritius and thinking of diving.

Our weather was really not great for diving but we managed. The 3 instructors came with us because we were with my 2 inexperienced kids. First back rolls for them with rough surface conditions. Very professional and firm. I could enjoy my own dive because my kids were taken care of. Very relaxed guys with plenty of knowledge. Highly recommended.

Great time spent for a second baptism (the first was 15 years ago). A big thank you to Rajiv, my instructor, and to the whole team, smiling and super friendly. Rajiv explains patiently and clearly, no surprises underwater despite the apprehension. I recommend this diving center. Thank you guys!

Absolute great bunch of people, very friendly and very safety conscious, top divers and they know the areas well and not expensive either. Must say it was the best dive I've had so far for the variety of different fish and the water is very good, visibility was very good, a big thumbs up to all the staff and I had two excellent day's and looking forward to seeing you again.
