Apparament la personne responsable n est pas en forme et à donc laissé son comptoir. A une heure de pointe personne pour la remplacer. Le responsable me demande d attendre que le mr finisse au comptoir fromagerie pour me servir. J'attends donc 20min voir 25min. Il vient pour finalement se cacher et mal nettoyer mon poisson. Demain j'irais pour un peu les secouer. De 1 les responsables se doivent d etre informé si un membre de l équipe est malade et donc remplacer cette personne afin que le comptoir ne souffre pas a une periode de pointe. De 2 le personnel à le devoir de respecter les regles et consignes mises en place par la direction car on le neglige tres svt au cameroun, mais le CLIENT EST ROI bon sang ! Si vs n avez pas de client vous n avez pas de salaire!!! Est ce que vous en etes conscient. Le client ne peut pas payer pour la mauvaise gestion interne de la structure !!!!
