Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.Stayed here with my family for 2 days. Experience was awesome as it's a well maintained property. Owner resides within the property and is easily approachable for any services required..Will definitely visit again..

Loved the place. Very beautiful and the owner is very kind and co-operative. The rooms were very neat and clean. The bathrooms were very well maintained. There was all necessary food items like bread, butter, jam etc for a quick snack. The rooms were big enough to accomodate 4-5 people. Loved all the arrangements done. W

Very good place to stay with family. You get what you see in the pictures. Rooms are very clean and spacious , well equipped kitchen. You will get bottled water at no additional cost. Bread, Biscuits and Butter are available in the kitchen. Fresh bedsheets and barh towels were provided. The out side area is also very good , you will breath more. The place is located in the peaceful residential colony and near to railway station.I will definitely say it is better than any hotel. Owner has arranged snacks for us. Overall a very pleasant stay. A very Comfortable, calm and well equipped property managed by a humble elderly couple. The area is very nice. We stayed for a night. They’ve got a good parking space. The food offered was yummy! There is also facilities if you’d like to make tea or prepare food.

After reading the previous reviews about the owner being very cordial to others, I'm surprised to have had a bad experience with the owner. I'm not sure what the issue was, right from the check-in he had issues with the parking. 1. Did not allow to park the car at the designated area. 2. When friends meet after a long time, you do have visitors and they come in vehicles. Ofcourse, if there's any issue with it, one can politely explain the house rules instead of being disrespectful. 3. Overnight parking was asked to park on the road, when asked about the safety the young owner was more co operative and made way for us to park it inside the property. The place is neat and well maintained, but the attitude of the owner wasn't great. I'd appreciate the young owner who was far friendly than his uncle / father.

Homely feels and the owner is one gem of a person. Fully fledged kitchen, amazing Ambience, huge parking area, big rooms, well maintained, amazing veg and non veg restaurants around by, Railway station is hardly 5 mins, a perfect place for group of friends as well as family.

The place is nice to stay with family

We stayed here for one night on 2ndJanuary 2021 with my family. It's is a very comfortable well kept place. It's is top in cleanliness. They have 2 bedrooms and a fully functional kitchen. The owner is a gentleman and very detailed person and ready to help always.

The house and host are beautiful... The property is well kept, clean and self sufficient. The host Mr.Babu is very helpful and warm in welcoming his guests. We were lucky to have got hold of his home grown cherry tomatoes-which were delicious!!! Must book if travelling to belgaum!!

We stayed here for two nights with my family. Rooms are well maintained, homely atmosphere. I stayed with my 3 yr old daughter and truly it's homely feeling with fully functional kitchen. The owner is a true gentleman and ready to help always at anytime.

Excellent homestay arrangements !! We stayed for one night of 16 July 2023 in a very comfortable, clean & neat HOME in wonderful company of the caring & receptive family. 5 out of 5 on all the criterias. It was a dream stay rather than home stay!!

Kallina Mane is located at the center of the city, in a peaceful residential area, completely insulated from hustle and bustle of the city. When we get into the premises, we are greeted by courteous owners residing within the premises. Check in is hastle free and flexible depending on availability. The rooms are big and spacious, with Split AC installed, study table, central teapoy and chairs, electric kettle with necessities, King Bed, closet, TV etc. The rooms are wifi enabled. The interior of the rooms and bathroom are sparkling clean including linen and toiletries. There is common area for relaxing adjacent to small Kitchen. Homestay offers breakfast which is included in the tariff. I couldn't have breakfast due to time constraint, hence cannot comment on the food. Owners are quite cooperative and flexible. It was a wonderful experience staying in Kallina Mane and would prefer to stay in Kallina Mane only, whenever I am in Belagavi. Highly recommend this place.

It's like home away from home , infact i must say we got one family with this kallina Mane , owners are our friends, such a peaceful n serene place .... Hospitality n gesture is impeccable, clean rooms , the owner goes out of the way to help the guests .hats off
