Situated inside of supa save near the front entrance. The staffs were friendly and service was quick. Food was decent. The lasagna didn't taste as great as the mata mata branch but was still quite good. However, the drinks were consistent.

Visited the supa save supermarket outlet of the Coffee bean and Tea Leaf Cafe in Seria Town. It a cozy yet spacious well laid out interior with both and outdoor and indoor seating area. They are strictly following all Brunei government covid guideline with scan in and temperature check required before entering the premises. They have a large menu serving not just Coffe and tea but also breadfast and all day meals including pasta and pizza. High standards of cleanliness is maintained by a very courteous and helpful staff. I dropped in during the evening so just had a large cup of my favourite hazelnut Americano. It was awesome as expected with perfectly brewed Americano coffee with the right amount of hazelnut flavour to compliment it. Enjoyed it to the last drops whilst relaxing in the lovely setting ls of this cafe. They have a wide range of desserts and teas too. They is also a souvenir corner to grab Coffe bean merchandise if your interested. Definetly worth visiting for the quality, taste and price. Recommended for family and friends. I've been here a lot of times and most of the time it has been pleasant. But yesterday was the first time I've experienced such terrible service in cbtl supa save. The staff working at 1pm shift on 28/04/2024 were basically there to hang out. Not clearing tables or cleaning tables after guest leaves. I would like to highlight, it wasn't busy. The workers have time to talk and drink. I asked one of the workers if they could help wipe my table before I sat down, she sure looked unhappy to do it. When she came over, she just wiped everything and let the crumbs and stuff fall on the floor and chair. The foor and chairs were so dirty because of this. Cashier asked what I would like. I told him my order, he went away to do something and came back and literally ask me again, "what did you say?" Like c'mon, thats not how service is suppose to be. I was there for an hour. The table beside me was dirty since before I sat down. And when I left, the table was still not wiped. Like I said, not a busy day. Most tables were empty and the staff has time to drink, clean their watch, talk and laugh. I don't always write reviews and I'm usually understanding and forgiving if it was minor but in this case, i feel i had to highligh this issue to CBTL. If I ran a business, I would not want my customers be served by any of these employees.

☕ Drinks - I've tried both the tea and coffee lattes (to indulge myself) and they were okay 👍🏻; a bit too sweet for my liking, but I generally find blended drinks too sweet anyway 😛 [My usual cafe order is a cold brew.] 🍽️ The Meals German Chicken Schnitzel - I appreciate the large portion size (good option for those looking for a high-protein meal 💪🏻 #gainz 😋). I'd order it again. I'm just not a fan of the cream sauce that goes over it (would have preferred a gravy, which does come with the potatoes on the side). Signature Beef Burger - The fries were 👌🏻. As for the burger itself... I found the patty too pepper-y for my taste, but I hear local tastes do prefer that pepperiness. My S.O. who ordered it was perfectly happy with it 🤷🏻‍♀️ and he's a foreigner just like me. Brioche French Toast - Ordered this because the pancakes & waffles were unavailable 💔. This was okay 👍🏻 Not extraordinary, but meets expectations. Kitchen-savvy folks can cook this French toast at home. 📌 Great location - At a supermarket [that happens to be a stone's throw away from where I stay when in Seria, hehe]

I ordered ultimate breakfast $9.90 and pasta tagliatte spunach $8.50. Its included free coffee whichnormally cost $3.50 up ,so its a good deal. The big breakfast is hot and have a balance of fiber from corn but bad for processed meat. Eggs are fried sunnyside up with a medium yolk so its good protein portion. The sliced french bread are overload with butter, i must remember to request no butter on bread. The pasta is fresh and seasoning is right ,unlike some places that cooks pasta into asian twist that lose the Italian flavor.

For a prime location that serves many expats, the service can be hit and miss. Previously, I ordered a drink without sugar. But it came with sugar. Thankfully the manager gave me a verbal credit to use in future. This time, I got the drink back. Thanks to the manager for remembering it. But they forgot my food. After 40 mins of waiting when I enquired with the manager, they checked the kitchen printer. It had gone faulty for the last hour and nobody had noticed it. It took nearly an hour for them to notice that. I was too hungry to wait another 15 mins and left to the place to find food somewhere else.

The staff was friendly & efficent. The food was great, delicious & hearty. I love their spinach taglietti pasta because it had the correct amount of herbs & its not too salty. Also, their breakfast comes with hot tea or coffee or ice tea which was great. Also, they have strong wifi which is awesome if u want to work online. ❤❤❤

Today being Father’s Day … tot I bring my children’s dad for a nice breakfast. We arrive ard 10am … many people and a few tables not cleared. So asked the girl to get us a table for 5. She cleaned table and left just like that … Ordered …. took quite a while before being served, even on pastry that’s on the shelves. If heated up … ok pula … not heated and yet have to wait 1/2 hr to get it. Ultimate bfast have to wait long long like 45minutes to get served. Also want to know, nowadays can reserve table for dine in is it ?

Great food and ambience. I always go for pasta aglio olio and seasoned fries. I tried the tenderloin steak well done and it is very delicious. Best cafe restaurant in Seria.

My second office , good ambient , good coffee, good food and good service too. 02-05-2018 , Adding up review , by the way , during my recent visit , I was surprise ..., one of the lady barrister that already know me being a regular customer ask me to present a shell card then they can give me a discount. A big question to me; is this place a shell club? All this time of years they have been given me discounts and suddenly they shocked me, well honestly.. it not about discount, .. to me it all about recognize a regular customer, what an embarrassment. But thank you anyway for all the service for all this years.

Nice coffee and food, but Google and the sign on the door days open 7 evert day. However Sunday is apparently 7:30? At least there was soome chairs kutsuda to ait and wait.

Pizzas are the best I’ve found in the local area ! And they sell a dessert( they sell many) but I can’t remember it’s name - it’s a small, round, cream coloured disc-like a ice hockey puck, that’s covered in crushed pistachios - AMAZING!!

My experience at the Seria Coffee bean has not been that great especially today- I ordered a plain croissant with my cappuccino and although a good few minutes had passed after they delivered the cappuccino, there was no sign of the croissant. I went up to the counter to remind the attendant and I was told ‘ I put it in the oven to heat it up’ . So I gave her the benefit of doubt and went back. Two minutes later I was served a Luke warm croissant which was still cold inside. I did speak to one of the staff there. This is the second time - a little while ago I was given a dirty plate after I asked about cutlery. I am really disappointed.☹️ It may have been that the lady who served me seemed to be doing many jobs at once ie attending to the till, cleaning tables and doing the dishes but that should not be an excuse that costs the customer in terms to f the goods delivered.
