👍 The walk to the waterfall only takes 20-30 minutes and that’s with a 3 and 5 year old. It’s easy to follow the track and sign posted. You can swim in the water but this place can get busy as it’s such a short walk in. The waterfall at the long house 10 minutes drive further along the road is much quieter as it’s a 45 minute trek to it BBQ areas are great but we were driven away by the mosquitos after thirty minutes.

Wasai Wong Kadir Recreational Park Labi Waterfall and deep forest Trails; the longest waterfall trail in Labi is Wasai Tembadak. This trail is estimated to be 9.8 km long. With an ascent of 391 m, Wasai Tembadak has the most elevation gain of all of the waterfall trails in the area. The next highest ascent for waterfall trails is Wasai Belulok with 188 m of elevation gain. Trekking between two waterfalls in Brunei’s Belait District exposes visitors to the country’s unspoiled rainforest, where civilization retreats in the face of nature. Take some time off from city life and make your way out to the pristine jungles of Labi. Wasai Teraja (Teraja Waterfalls) can be found at the end of a 50-minute drive down Jalan Labi and a trek through the rainforest. Wasai Wong Kadir (Wong Kadir Waterfalls) can be reached from further up Jalan Labi, taking an hour to trek from the road to a waterfall with a swimming hole. Both waterfalls can be found in one of Brunei’s greatest biodiversity centers, with newly-discovered species of frogs, roaming bands of large mammals like the Bornean Gibbon and slow loris; and over 200 species of butterflies and spiders.

One of the best tourist attraction to visit Waterfalls in Brunei. Many facilities you can enjoy, available for berbeque with family and friends. Many seats and huts, big parking space, public toilet, surau, and trash area for you to throw all of your rubbish. I suggest you to use shoes during your quick hike to Wasai Wong Kadir / Wong Kadir Waterfalls because so many rocks. The waterfalls are not so deep and it is good for you to learn swimming. Open space waterfalls and good for meditation. Take a pictures for your sweet memories.

Nice short hike to Wasai Wong Kadir, have done this one a few times with the kids and depending on the season and amount of weather it is better to follow the lower route or the higher route. For those who has the energy, bring a BBQ with you in - but please bring the waste with you back - no one else will clean it up for you!

Took around 20+mins to the waterfalls but just 13mins when returning. Was the first time we attempted to reach the waterfalls. It's a bit small for the waterfalls but the pool is big enough for a swim. The middle of the trek is washed away by erosion n that's the only tricky part along the route.

Did this walk on a dry day after a wet day with a 5 year old, 2 8 year olds and a 10 year old. The kids loved it? The 5 year old just about managed to do the whole walk. The waterfalls are beautiful and sandy. It was sad to find some rubbish along the way.

Its a excellent place for picnics and thats about it. The location is very far even for those in the seria or lumut area. If your plan is to hike and sweat wasai wong kadir is not the place since the route is very very short.

Good place to spend your sunday with family on weekend to escape the city life. It takes a while to reach there so make sure you leave early. On rainy day the walk to the waterfall could be slippery, please wear proper shoes (quick jungle walk)

Peaceful, relaxing. Please take your rubbish away when you leave. The climb is not suitable for young children, especially in the wet. Worth the drive!

Beautifully maintained grounds and facilities. Parking inside. Nice trek to beautiful sandy beach and waterfall. The sign does say no swimming though, which after a hot walk, a swim would be lovely. The mosquitoes are plentiful.

This place is suitable for those who want a peaceful atmosphere, and suitable for bringing the family for leisure.. there is a hut to rest and a BBQ place.. for those who like extreme activities, you can climb to Wasaina as far as 600 meters from the leisure hut.

A short, 600m trek through the unspoiled rainforest to reach the waterfall. Wonderful amenities at the base camp; a couple of picnic spots and barbecue bits. Though the trek is short it will be challenging for the beginners.

One of my favourite places in Brunei. It is a 20 minute hike to the waterfall, but can get slippery during wet weather. Last time I was here, went with a 10 year old, 8 year old and 5 year old and the hike was do-able, but maybe be best to be cautious. There are signs that prohibit swimming, but most visitors ignored that. There are bbq areas if you're keen, but please bring your rubbish back with you. It is a long drive to get here, but there are good sightseeing spots along the way (the black lake of Luagan Lalak) and if you're keen drive down to Teraja waterfalls which is a slightly longer hike. All in all this place is definitely worth a visit.
