    I came purposefully to cover my sick leave. The doctor's assistant sent it to 207k, and said the doctor there would sign instead of the manager. I came to 207k, walked in with a man, and asked him to sign. The doctor reacted inappropriately, yelled - wait in line, because you need an examination. I waited 1.5 hours in line. And what in the end?! There was no inspection!!! She stupidly signed the sick note and that’s it. This is our Belarusian reality!

    A large clinic in a densely populated area, hence the difficulties. Queues for appointments. Parking lots are always crowded. A huge queue at the pharmacy on the second floor. It would be good if the clinic tried to solve problematic issues.

    Hello! I transferred to this clinic 2 years ago. I want to express my deep gratitude to all all the employees. Incredibly friendly people. And at the certificate, and at the reception, and doctors, and nurses. Today I called the help desk, I really need a coupon and they helped me again. Galina Mikhailovna (I hope I remembered my middle name correctly), my angel, kindness itself, helped me a lot. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️

    I just registered, but I’m not very impressed. It was impossible to find office 216, there are no signs from the street where to go, but I barely found it. The room for office 216 is very small, but there are a lot of people, all of them sick, unable to breathe, standing right on the stairs. The appointment lasts a very long time, in 40 minutes only one person came out (it’s not clear what kind of doctors I take, like turtles). I just got up and left. Horror, like being in a pen. It would have been possible to provide a larger room (rather than one meter by one meter) for people with fever.

    It's impossible to get through, they don't answer the phone. Queues of incredible proportions. 4 hours to cover sick leave is the norm. Opening a sick leave is also a problem. People with Covid close sick leave in the same line as grandmothers for a prescription, with people for a medical examination. Belarusian reality. It’s a complete mess in the clinic, the staff is dissatisfied with the work, the patients are not happy with the staff. And everyone understands that the matter is not with patients and staff, but with higher-ranking larvae.

    This clinic caused negative emotions! 2 times I came to see the doctor (after taking a coupon) who was not there. When I came to the appointment, it turned out that the doctor was not there (either he was ill or on a course). Why can’t you call patients and warn them?! The first time I thought, well, it happens. But when it happened again, it was simply unacceptable! Also, the girl from the hospital, having heard that I was not happy, tried to smooth out the conflict and wrote me a phone number/date/time by which I could find out the results of my tests, so as not to come specifically to the clinic again (although my attending doctor said that they would be in these dates are ready, so I took a coupon in advance and waited for my appointment). Having called this number (which the girl from the hospital left for me) after the required 2 weeks, they told me that no one will tell you the results over the phone! There are no words! If I knew that no one would tell me anything over the phone, I would have taken the coupon 2 weeks ago, but now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for it, since I can’t get to the doctor any other way. It's a complete mess there!

    The terrible attitude of surgeons and traumatologists towards patients. I’m interested in how you make diagnoses based on external signs. You can also see “Apentix” with the naked eye. The patient is up and moving, which means he is capable?! Without performing an ultrasound or x-ray. They laugh, they send three letters without hesitation that the patient can record you on a dictaphone. Nothing scares you?! In my opinion, everything is connected, but you studied medicine, you took the Hippocratic Oath. You think trouble may not touch you. I wish each of you to visit oncology centers and see how doctors work there, real doctors, and not you who served time in institutes behind bars. It's a sin to those who gave you your diploma. If you don't like your job, give space to those who deserve it. I'm shocked that people are sitting in the wrong place! Personally, we were affected: there is no examination, no recommendations, purely to the head of the department because he does not know how to solve problems on the spot, constructively as a doctor (they ask what you do in this place if you don’t solve the problem on the spot) purely based on external signs. The doctor doesn’t know psychology for sure; he hit the table with his fist. And another question was “what do I do?” are you serious? This shouldn’t concern you at all. If I were president, would they treat me differently? Remember we are people! on this planet and everyone occupies some position there and be competent in your field. Today was a shock from the surgeon; he definitely doesn’t know his job! I wish re-certification every year to doctors and competent regulatory authorities!!! People's lives are on you. If you touched you, you would move!

    I want to share my negative experience visiting this institution. Firstly: there are huge queues at the information desk; in order to get a consultation or simply make an appointment with a doctor, you can spend 1-2 hours. Complaining about severe weakness and frequent severe nosebleeds, for some reason I was sent to the infectious zone, although it was mentioned in advance that there was no temperature. After sitting there in line for another 3 hours, I was sent to a doctor’s assistant, who, in response to my complaints about frequent and severe bleeding, advised me to be treated with HEPARIN!!! If I were a person who did not have a medical education and listened to this doctor, this could have led not only to disastrous, but also to fatal consequences, given that nosebleeds are already very difficult to stop (the visit was on 02/12/2024 in the second half day). When I returned the next day (02/13/2024) to get tested, I was even more shocked. When I went into the office and gave my directions for a blood and urine test, the woman who took these directions answered me in a rude tone, “that we only have a urine test if it goes to your legs.” Of course, I understand everything, but I have never encountered such a boorish and disregardful attitude anywhere. Which was already the last straw of my patience and I decided to write this review. In addition to all of the above, the light in the wardrobe is not on, how can people find the number in their bag? I would like to add that the nurse who took the analysis from the vein was attentive and performed the manipulations very quickly and painlessly; The women at the information desk were also very friendly and attentive.
