    Nothing to do with the legendary network. I tried different burgers, fries and a milkshake. Of all this, only the cocktail is more or less tasty, but it is not as tender and creamy as it was. There are also advantages: fast service and friendly staff. But let's admit it: we loved poppy seeds for their taste. Unfortunately, now there is no desire to go to establishments under the new brand.

    We got poisoned here once. I had to suffer with my stomach all evening. But life doesn’t teach us anything, so we decided to come in one more time... The establishment does not have a screen on which you can track your order, just as there are no screens to place this order not near the cash register. And the employees don’t even plan to notify anyone about ready food using their voice. The burgers are somehow a little warm and pre-cooked. Although this is a constant practice, it is still upsetting that food is “defrosted” rather than cooked for you here and now. The finished order is literally pulled out from under the table. The other order was not processed at all. It’s hard to imagine how the employees of this poppy know who needs to give what. It looks like they have to remember people and their order by their faces. They stood right in front of the cash register (not to mention the fact that no one in the hall even deigned to look). As a result, 20 minutes of waiting just to be told: “Ahhh, right? Now we’ll put it back together. We thought you left.” No apologies + a very long wait for a basic two-item order + additional waste of time for a refund. If you have time, go to another poppy and be less likely to be disappointed. And of all the poppies I've ever visited, this is definitely the worst. It seems that Nemiga is far from the last place in Minsk, but in poppy it is a “stone age” with orders through the cash register. This is not a feature of the establishment, this is nonsense.

    Out of curiosity, it is interesting to observe the transformation. Not only the sign and the taste have changed (it has become noticeably worse). In the 3rd month under the new flag, it became as much as possible not to care about clients. Slowly, indifferently, they manage to create queues even with low traffic.

    посетила это заведение вчера.осталась очень разочарована. большое количество людей,работало только две кассы, киосков самообслуживания вообще нет. буквально за минуты две до того,как до меня дошла очередь,я решила активировать купон на чизбургер за 2.90 в приложении моймак.бай. нажав кнопку активации ,мне не показало код. я подошла к кассе,объяснила ситуацию кассирше,она ответила мне, что чизбургеры и без купона по такой цене. в конце заказа,я решила активировать еще один купон на бесплатную картошку фри. активировав купон при кассирше,мне также не показало на него код(писало «купон использован»),на что мне кассирша ответила: « я не могу вам его пробить, потому что не могу знать точно когда вы его активировали. вдруг вы его активировали в другом ресторане.» АКТИВИРОВАЛА КУПОН Я ПРИ НЕЙ. я ей начала объяснять что это приложение не дает мне код,она сказала мне, что это уже не ее полномочия. затем,я ей сказала подождите пожалуйста, и показала ей скрин этого же купон,но с кодом(мне его отправил мой брат). она минуту просто смотрела,но потом произнесла: «это скрин?». я ей ответила да,и она опять минуту смотрела на меня. в итоге,кассирша позвала какую-то женщину,которая принесла пластиковую карту, она ее провела и в табле заказа показало бесплатную картошку (ТО ЕСТЬ КОД ЕЙ СКАНИРОВАТЬ ВОВСЕ НЕ НАДО БЫЛО!). в конечном итоге, собирала кассирша заказ с максимально недовольным лицом,а на мой вопрос почему приложение так делает,она мне ничего не ответила. хожу я в такие места крайне редко,с осени первый раз решила зайти и осталась крайне недовольна!!!

    Out of old habit, we stopped by the former McDonald's. There used to be queues, but they were worth it, everything was quite tasty. We ordered two double cheeseburgers and water. The taste is disgusting, like chewing tasteless paper. Tomato sauce is sour, and so are the cucumbers. About 20 minutes later the heartburn started. I treated myself at home, but it should have been at the expense of this “wonderful” institution. Goodbye McDonald's - we miss you!

    Terrible service, screaming and urging girl at the checkout, Caesar roll is a separate "pestnya". The manager put it together quickly, probably on her knees: it completely doesn’t match either in appearance or in composition. Not another foot. I still don’t understand why I paid. It's a long way from the legendary network!

    The quality of services is absolutely poor! 1. They gave the wrong change 2. The check was not given to the client. 3. When ordering takeout, they didn't bother to put napkins. Approaching the cash register, the saleswoman was discussing something with her colleague, who was in charge. After placing an order, payment was made in cash. The seller continued to actively communicate with her colleague. A minute later I received my change. They didn't give me the check. But after doing the math in my head, I realized that it looked like I had been shortchanged. Without leaving the cash register, he asked to check the order amount against the receipt and the change. Salesman He asks me how much I should have given you. I answer, if you don’t know how to count, take a calculator and count! I ask to see my receipt and ask why they didn’t give it. At this time, the seller liquefies his palm, in which there was a crumpled check, checks and gives the missing amount. For one sale, two violations were committed: shortchanging the client, not issuing a receipt - I say. To which the seller, instead of apologizing, answers with irony: oh, what a horror... There’s probably no need to say anything more, everything is already clear. This is just a complete bottom... The tax authorities should probably take a closer look at this “sharashka” office...

    It's just awful. It took 25 minutes to assemble two rolls on the drive. And when asked why it took so long to prepare. And then lo and behold!!! Brought!! And everything is cold!!! Can't they really put a cutlet in a bun - They can't! This disgrace needs to be shut down

    I really liked the presence of homeless people in the restaurant. One of them was sleeping comfortably, taking up a completely unnecessary place, the second was walking and shouting at his second personality, which was pursuing him. Also, the lack of terminals for ordering food didn’t bother me at all - it was a reason to chat with the staff at the checkout. The burger was great, but I had to throw it away, tastes are subjective.
