Bottomline:
For
locals
you
can
save
your
bucks
for
Lisboa
and
eat
here,
no
regrets.
As
an
Asian
I
had
tried
various
of
Ramen
shop
in
Asia,
and
when
I
start
to
live
here
I
am
very
reluctant
to
have
Asian
cuisine,
in
particular
to
Japanese
one
because
the
menu
are
mostly
localized
which
turns
out
unauthentic,
cheap
and
not
delicious.
The
Chefs
stayed
in
Kobe,
Japan
for
years
and
used
to
have
ramen
everyday.
At
one
point
he
felt
enough
of
the
fat
content
and
broth
richness
thus
he
wanted
to
make
his
own
broth.
Broth:
Cooked
with
pork
bones
and
chickens,
it
has
a
clean
yet
pleasant
flavor
which
you
won't
feel
saturated.
I
asked
the
Chef
and
he
understands
the
importance
of
the
broth
temperature.
So
no
pungent
smell
when
it
cools
a
little
bit
and
good
for
drinking
the
whole
broth.
You
can
order
an
extra
rich
broth
if
you
wish(which
I
did)
Noodle:
I
would
say
it
is
less
tender
than
expected
but
still
ok.
My
personal
opinion
would
be
pay
more
attention
to
dehydrate
cooked
noodle
to
prevent
diluting
the
broth
and
bringing
alkali
flavor.
Fried
Chicken:
The
fried
chicken
is
a
great
side
dish
to
the
Ramen.
They
are
served
hot
(which
is
a
great
plus)
and
the
chicken
is
still
moist
inside.
Conclusion:
This
is
recommended
and
I
need
not
to
go
to
Lisboa
for
Ramen
anymore.
I
hope
they
can
uphold
the
quality
of
food
in
the
future.
