The acoustic isolation is zero, so you could hear all the noise from the planes that passed every 20 minutes, the noise from the street, and any movement from the other rooms. · The lockers on the ground floor do not work; they swallow the coins and do not close. No one from the hotel can solve the problem since the management of the lockers is carried out by an external company. · Terrible location · The area in which the hotel is located is not safe. · There is no reception or anyone to help you. · Excessively expensive for the lousy qualities Pros · Wi-Fi worked fine. · Good water pressure in the shower. · The quality of the mattress is not bad.

Decent, but sparse room. Too hard to check-in, but manageable. Major security flaw is that the room code stays on the screen after check-in until you hit "finish". When we arrived, the last guest to check-in had not hit finish and their room access info was still on the screen. Another security issue is that it is possible to enter the building through the kebab place next door, bypassing the exterior code.

Clean and well equipped, effective hot water and a good shower. Good location, 13 min till the nearest metro station, and the neighborhood looks safe. you can find everything you need for a short stay. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes; the room service was always late, instead of cleaning when I was off, they showed up at the time I was already in the room. Ineffective soundproofing, on my last night in the accommodations it was buzzing an alarm all night, and I could always hear the neighbors conversations. Wasn't a peaceful stay.

For professional reasons, I am a guest here several times a year for a few nights and have been for several years. The flats are lovingly furnished and super clean. The hosts are very warm and helpful. They even make it possible for me to always stay in the same flat, so that I can feel at home there.

I would rename it "Unserviced Apartamentos" totally left behind with maintenance and cleaning. All night babies are screaming in the halls and people are smoking, anyone can enter through the kebab shop to the hallways or enter the apartments if they wish. The new sheets not cleaned properly, very dirty underneath, was covered in bites. The shower hose needed replacing, again maintenance (service) nobody cares for what happens here. Go around the corner or down the hill from here and you have clean decent accommodation. Lesson learned. Don't get caught out like we did!

The worst hotel I have been to in my life. No isolation at all and very dirty.

The rooms smelled like cigarettes, even tho it said it wouldn't, there are planes flying over your head every 5 minutes. Personally that didn't bother me that much, i always found it cool. Location isn't the best, there are bars nearby, where these lowlifes get drunk and fight, so I've always felt uncomfortable whenever i came home. Most of the popular places are atleast an hour away, but there are some nice cafés along the way. But if u have the money i would definitely go further into the center.

Very nice modern place to stay in the middle of Lisbon The modern method of self check-in is a bit complicated , I lost about 15 to 20mins just inserting my details , which I believe it was too much information just for a check-in , I'm sure any unskilled person with technology will loose about almost 1h hour doing the check-in . Make sure you adjust the boiler to the maximum if you don't want a 5min shower with hot water Other than this the apartment itself, the conditions and what it has to offer was very good 👍🏻

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Lisbon than at the Lisbon Apartments. The flat was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. The location was perfect, with lots of things to do and see nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Room was fine but someone stole my brioche croissant and 2 pairs of my lenses so I couldn’t see for the rest of the holiday. Apart from the theft it was serviceable. 3 stars

Campos is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The apartment was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Positive points: location not far from airport, close to University and easily reach the city centre with public transportation systems. Room is clean, facilitated and checked daily. The kitchen is a great advantage if you like cooking with local ingredients. The dishwashing liquid and sponge, salt and sugar are also available. The safety box inside the room and the locker in the building provides extra support and make your stay relaxer and more flexible. The personeel was accessible 24 hours via telephone line. The electrical rolling curtain outside the window is a pleasant surprise if you want to have a long sleep. Some tips: need to bring coffee (the machine has a filter) with you if you want your own coffee; no table napkins available; bring a metal scratching ball with you if you want to clean the stainless steel pan thoroughly. A pair of ear plugs might be handy for those sensitive to noise.

I would give 6 stars if possible. Amazing flats, fantastic location and a fantastic team. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was unforgettable. The team was just incredibly helpful and had great recommendations.

Apartment was big and well-designed, the kitchen was well-equipped and the service was excellent. I liked the bathroom and the big comfortable bed. The isolation of the apartment was problematic, I could clearly hear my neighbours talking and as the airport was nearby the sound of the planes were disturbing. Overall mixed feelings, with thicker walls this place could be excellent.
