We
are
a
group
of
20
locals
who
enjoy
visiting
area
vineyards
for
a
tour
and
lunch.
From
the
moment
I
first
contacted
Quinta
da
Folgorosa,
I
was
impressed
with
their
level
of
professionalism
and
service.
We
had
to
reschedule
our
visit
once
and
they
were
very
understanding
and
accommodating.
The
date
of
our
rescheduled
lunch
was
a
cold
and
rainy
day,
but
the
team
set
up
a
beautiful
spread
for
us
in
their
tasting
room.
The
tour
and
tasting
went
above
and
beyond!
I
gave
the
vineyard
a
heads-up
that
our
group
has
done
many
of
these
at
this
point,
and
they
were
ready
to
wow
us!
Our
experience
there
was
unlike
any
other
we
have
had.
We
got
to
learn
from
the
head
winemaker
just
how
he
does
his
craft,
and
we
had
a
blast
spending
time
in
the
barrel
room
learning
about
each
of
the
wines.
If
the
experience
had
ended
there
we
would
have
left
impressed,
but
we
still
had
lunch
to
enjoy!
Our
group
has
several
dietary
needs,
and
the
chef
was
able
to
satisfy
them
all.
The
meal
was
a
three
course
feast,
complete
with
delicious
wine
pairings.
I
can't
thank
Quinta
da
Folgorosa
enough
for
a
lovely
afternoon.
We
will
definitely
be
back!
