Mafra
on
the
12th
December

Christmas
present
-
on
the
25th
December,
plugged
the
coffee
machine
in,
put
in
water
and
put
in
coffee
beans.
The
light
for
the
coffee
grounds
collector
was
on
and
never
turned
off.
Manual
says
the
coffee
ground
collector
is
either
dirty
or
badly
installed.
I
went
to
Radio
Popular
Mafra
on
the
26th
December,
they
refused
to
exchange
with
the
excuse
that
there
was
coffee
bean
dust
in
the
grinder
-
Of
course
there
is
coffee
bean
dust!
I
had
to
put
water
and
coffee
beans
to
make
a
coffee!
But
the
problem
is
it
never
did
-
it
did
not
work
once!
No
noise,
no
grinding,
no
coffee,
nothing
-
there
was
not
even
a
speck
of
coffee
dust
on
the
grounds
collector.
They
only
offered
to
send
it
off
to
repair
-
no
exchange.
It
was
a
brand
new
machine,
never
used,
and
already
off
to
repair.
I
wrote
in
the
complaints
book
because
I
feel
that
a
machine
that
cost
289
euros,
should
not
go
to
repair
having
not
even
produced
one
coffee.
I
feel
my
consumer
14-day
rights
have
been
violated
by
the
store
manager,
and
will
let
everyone
know
how
shockingly
bad
the
service
is
in
Radio
Popular
Mafra.
They
take
your
money,
then
offer
only
to
send
a
product
unused
to
repair.
Going
to
talk
to
my
lawyer
for
compensation
for
violating
my
rights
and
DECO.
