First
of
all
I
like
that
Oryza
Guest
House
is
localized
very
close
to
Coimbra,
a
city
that
was
on
my
bucket
list
for
a
while
now,
ever
since
I’ve
seen
some
beautiful
pictures
on
Pinterest
of
it.
But
I
loved
that
it
wasn’t
in
the
city,
far
from
the
crowds,
really
remote.
The
house
was
built
in
1918
and
it
is
called
Oryza
as
before
it
used
to
be
a
place
where
people
were
cultivating
rice.
The
owners
managed
to
keep
the
vintage
aspect
of
the
house
and
even
some
of
the
original
wood
floors
and
old
pieces
of
furniture.
Second,
but
actually
the
most
important
part
for
me
was
the
yard
they’ve
had
there.
It
was
so
beautiful
and
peaceful
and
for
me
looked
like
the
perfect
wedding
venue.
I
loved
the
pool
area
with
the
outdoor
bed
that
on
the
other
side
had
some
beautifully
painted
ceramic
tiles,
the
orange
trees
and
the
vegetable
garden
they’ve
had
in
the
back
were
also
amazing.
The
place
gave
me
such
a
feeling
of
tranquility
and
it
was
a
pleasure
to
return
to
this
oasis
after
a
day
of
wandering
in
the
areas
nearby.
