Wonderful Easter get-away. I cannot praise the friendliness of the staff enough. Even though they were clearly shortstaffed, they managed to make our stay pleasant, fun, and without shortcomings. The spa is lovely, the kids loved the entertainment, and it's close to zoomarine in case you need somewhere to stay when you go there. The food was delicious and very varied with lots of options for all tastes and diets.

It was a very nice experience in family. The rooms are great, with kitchinette. The swimming pool are very nice, close one to the other, the kids pool have several attractions. The animation was very cool, especially Tio Bolinha, always funny...Very good location, near the beach...in resume, very nice hotel for families.

Bolinha the children’s entertainer was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to ensure my kids had the best time made a real fuss out of them and it was hugely appreciated . Rooms big spacious and had everything you needed no kettle though . Very clean and breakfast was good , could have done with more staff on the egg stations to speed things up . Over all very impressed and will return to this hotel again

The Hotel is very lovely, the staffs are very nice and always willing to help. I loved the show with Mayara, tio bolinha , Gabi and Patricia. It was really amazing and entertaining. I was really entertained and enjoyed every bit of the show. I can only recommend you to come and see for yourself.

Enjoyed our stay, excellent cleaning of room. Very good reception staff. The entertainment was very good, particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics, aqua gym and stretching classes with Too Bolinha, Gaby and paty. They were great fun and kept everyone amused and entertained, great enthusiasm and involvement. Thankyou.

Great hotel . Rooms are clean and there is great entertainment for adults and children but also peace so never too loud and only certain times a day for a bit . It’s located very well with the beach being a 3 minute walk, the same as the supermarket.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large with a lovely view. The gym equipment was in good condition. Only down side, 15 year-olds are classified as adults, this meant we got less value for money overall.

Dated room, smelly kitchen cabinets. Toilet not fixed. Should be a 3 star hotel not 4

We stayed in room 34, quite noisy as on the ground floor close to the bar area. The room was tidy and clean, the breakfast was generous

We had an amazing family vacation her with our 6 months old - the location is fantastic , check in was very quick , they have 2 pools, one indoor and one outdoor - we stuck to the indoor pool as that was temperature controlled - there are limited options for in room dining - so we were realiant on Uber eats. overall I would rate the experience a very close 4.5 :-)

Big hotel rooms are ok but atmosphere is far below what one expects from a cosy or classy hotel. Very loud music around the pool during the day and at night in the lobby bar overwhelming "entertainment" impossible to have a quite chat and drink. It felt like visiting and elderly home.

February lovely and quiet, 18°C rooms spacious, air-conditioning/heating, serviced daily, room service/breakfast. Balcony overlooking the sea and sunsets. ATM in foyer. Good restaurant. Spa and indoor pool ok. Outside pools were closed. Had a great week relaxing.

This was a lovely hotel. We stayed here during Christmas and it was nice and quiet. The rooms are big and clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food. The staff was very friendly. Lots of parking spots and a supermarket within walking distance

Those who like it a little quieter will find a good opportunity to relax here. There is also a bit of animation... but no one is forced to use it. The spa area and the fitness room are included in the price. If you still want to book massages, you will find a very large selection here. There is often a lot going on in the restaurant and at breakfast...but if you show up early or late, you will certainly find peace and quiet here. The selection is ok and at dinner the chef prepares fresh meat and fish. From the hotel to the beach it is a maximum of 2 minutes on foot. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, not everyone speaks English.

This is a lovely hotel. Very clean & modern. The only down sides are the buffet dinner is more or less the same every night & the third bed in our room which was for a 12 year old was just a very hard leather sofa & in no way can be classed as a bed. On the positive sides the bathroom was nice. The breakfast & lunch at the snack bar was really good. All the staff are very proffesional & work very hard. The young blond girl at the snack bar (don't know her name) stood out for me. The entertainment staff work all day & all night & what ever they get paid in my opinion is not enough! This is a perfect hotel for familes & we had a great week & didn't want to leave!!

My parents celebrated their Silver Wedding at this beautiful hotel! The staff were as hospitable as possible, the decor was stunning and the food was scrumptious! The events management team ensured the event was enjoyable and memorable. Definitely the spot for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary! Would recommend to everyone!

After our first nightmare of a day we managed to upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment to a extra cost of 390 euro for 7 nights🙈.pleased to say we are enjoying our stay breakfast was fine and the indoor pool is lovely.

This is a very pleasant place to stay in the Algarve. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. The location is superb - 200m from a great beach. The coast into Albufeira is stunning and there's a great natural wetland area in the other direction (Solgardos). A few good restaurants within walking distance. It greatly exceeded my expectations.

Stayed here for a week, family holiday. No information given about the hotel when we arrived staff we're friendly. Room were not that clean at all...cockroach in our room, room was near the game room very noisy. Staff at the pool bar we're very friendly but service was slow. No control around the pool, bigger kids in the small pool going nuts, kids club around the pool was noisy. Breakfast was OK, but no hot food was actually hot!! Wouldn't stay in the hotel again, but will definitely return to Portugal!!

Unfortunately we had higher expectations as it's meant to be a 4 star hotel when it should be a 3. They did not have air con inside the hotel and the ones in the bedrooms did not work! Also the pictures on the website of the bedrooms look much bigger than they actually are, rooms are average size and the last thing the breakfast buffet was repetitive and nothing special ( they could at least add some typical Portuguese food such as " pastel de nata".

The rooms are dated and in no way shoukd be called four stars. Three stars would be generous. This is the second hotel I have stayed at I. This chain and both have very hard beds. The AC doesn't work, so when I opened the balcony doors there is no screen. All in all this just not a great first impression.

You must know that Albufeira is just so full of tourists and became completely uninteresting and ugly because of it. This area is just just hotels and restaurants. I was there for work and it was very hard to eat for cheap. The beds are very inconfortable, not up to the expected standing at all, even my own bed at home is better. Staff is lovely and food is good. The whole pool/spa area is not one of a 4-star hotel.

I spent one week with family and 8 years old child. Rooms are big enough, clean and tidy, with every day room service and balcony over the ocean view. Marvellous location, just 5 minute walk to the beautiful, sandy beach. Delicius food, huge variety to choose from at breakfast. You will not be disappointed with the choices available! Clean Indoor/ outdoor swiming pools are available and also kids club. Staff were really friendly and helpful, we particularly like Laura, very professional and smiling girl. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was smelling and the lights were blinking. The problems were not fixed. On the second day we stopped having hot water and once again the problem was not solved - the staff blamed it on the location of the room and we kept on having to shower in lukewarm water. The hotel was not even on 10% capacity and we could have easily been transfered to a room with hot water if the problem was indeed our room’s location. We didn’t feel very welcome and decided to leave the hotel 4 days earlier. The biggest pros were the hotel’s location, very close to the beach, and the cleaning staff which were very friendly and helpful.
