A grande preocupação do senhor a da senhora com quem falamos ao telefone era como iríamos pagar... crédito ou pronto pagamento. Cheguei facilmente a conclusão que a matriz auto é simplesmente uma instituição de crédito..... por acaso vende automóveis.... Mas até podia vender flores ou batatas.

I stood around for 25 minutes waiting for someone or anyone just to say "good afternoon may I help you" and NO they weren't busy at all!! There was only one more person in there!! Very bad service and not friendly at all!!
