I went there for my pregnancy exams and have to say that Dr. Clode was the most disrespectful doctor I have ever met. He was rough and mean and I would never recommend any woman to go to him... I talked to other women who had their pregnancy exams with him too and they also had negative experiences... it is not just my personal experience with him.

Online CUF is quick way to get things done. Only thing is one must have a Portuguese ID so the system can scan and save it in DB. There must be another way to get CUF online. Anyoneknows?

A bite of an unknown animal, insect (?) brought me to their emergency room. Very fast exam and professional care. Expensive. Take right entrance for the emergency.

(Translated by Google) One of the doctors at this hospital scheduled me an MRI for the 16th of July. This exam was going to take me most of the afternoon, so I told my boss that I was going to be absent that day, with justification. On the day of the exam, I waited half an hour to be seen, they gave me a form, they made me a client file with my personal information, etc etc... Finally, when I was undressing for the exam, I am informed that I can't take the test after all, as I have minuscule iron filings on my face. Next time, clarify these questions before the exam. Preferably before your clients schedule justified absences from work. Preferably, before your customers are waiting 30 minutes to be served. And, preferably, before asking your customers to take off their pants to be examined.

Too bad I can’t put here a name of the female cardiologist who messed up my husband’s well being. He came for an appointment and dr who didn’t check his blood pressure nor was concerned about his cholesterol or any other blood work, gave him medication to take at night to regulate his blood pressure. After a couple of days of going to the bathroom 6-9 times at night and feeling dizzy during the day. I called my friend who is husband is a cardiologist in the USA. He told him immediately to stop medication, that medication can’t be taken at night (diuretic) and the dosage was too strong and usually only given in complicated cases. He said if cardiologist would give this kind of treatment in the USA it will be a law suit for mal practice.

I know I could not bare the surgery I had without CUF's dedicated medical staff. I will thank God for them forever.

I like to put more stars, but first I'd like it if someone replies to my question

I had a serious work injury to my lower leg. I needed immediate care. I took a number and waited for 20 minutes. Bleeding on the floor and very painful to walk. Nobody helped. Was moved to another waiting area for another 15 minutes until finally seeing the nurse. Hopping around and holding the walls I hopped to a room with 2 doctors. They were good and gave me what I needed but no crutches. A week later I saw a very rude, and very young doctor "Dr Ana Monteiro" who told me the injury is superficial and not serious. She barely looked at me as she kept both her hands on the keyboard typing. Another week later I saw "Dr Ana Monteiro" again and she finally prescribed crutches but there was none available. I spent 3 weeks unable to walk or care for myself and in extreme pain. On the 3rd appointment with "Dr Ana Monteiro" she saw my leg was very swollen and with a very rude attitude told me she going to pass me to "Dr João Sousa". When I finally met Dr Sousa he was completely respectful and kind and gave me what I needed. Then started physiotherapy and I'll be leaving a bad review there as well as they also were rude and careless. "Abrisaude" in Alenquer. I hope this helps everyone who reads this, so that you all can avoid my experience. Good luck to everyone.

I had a knee injury while surfing. Decided to go there to have a look from doctors as it was hurting really bad. There were not many people and the staff was really really helpful. Everyone was able to speak English and understand my requests. They put me on a chairwheel and the nurses brought me around for the different exams. In the end for a general medicine visit, orthopedic visit , ultrasounds and x-ray scan I had to pay less then 400 euros and in 5-6 hours I was done. It may seem like a lot, but I am pretty sure in another public clinic it would have taken many more hours as it was considered as not urgent injury. The orthopedic doctor even wrote me a final summary in English that I could use with the doctors when I am back to my country. Thanks a lot.

Don’t settle appointments and let pacients wait for 20/30 minutes! Appointements are to be commited from both sides! Doctor and Pacient.

Awful experience. Denied to attend a child (no pediátrics and no traumatologist). Still astonished by their behaviour

I scheduled a colonoscopy back in Nov 2022 twice Filipe De Sousa Damião canceled the procedure, each time without a reason. I have been waiting since Nov it is now March 16. After the second cancellation they were glad to reschedule for May 2023. six months since the first request. Not sure if this doctor is good, he certainly has no problem blowing off his customers that pay for the service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...

Overall procedures are very good, however as a private paying client attention should be made to on time appointments.

Fui sempre bem atendido nas urgências como nas consultas externas. Nem sempre é perfeito, com demora no atendimento.

(Translated by Google) Specialty service was pretty good and enlightening. Regarding the payment, I was charged €8 for a service called the covid security fee, which is basically an amount to cover the hygiene and safety of health professionals and equipment due to covid, an absurd amount and I was not previously told that I would be charged, only after checking the bill did I notice it. We cannot let the SNS disappear so that we are not left to bandits whose only concern is to make money.

(Translated by Google) Today, August 10th I had an orthopedic consultation and I was outraged by the way I was attended. Where is the human part of these health professionals? I do not know the curriculum of the medical course, but most likely there is no subject related to good practices with patients, arrogance and lack of sensitivity, not only did I get out of there with the problem that made me resort to this consultation, but also on a psychological level. Unfortunate.
