bought
a
Hoover
vaccum
cleaner
about
2
months
ago
and
discriptions
were
OK
and
I
like
the
idea
of
having
less
noise
and
the
new
ecological
model.
It
says
it's
very
easy
to
clean
the
corner
that's
true
but
the
machine
didn't
sucks
well
not
strong
enough
that
led
me
more
time
anyway
I
thought
it's
OK
I
am
not
gonna
go
back
just
for
that
and
within
2
months
that
expensive
vacume
got
burning
smell
and
I
took
it
to
the
Fnac
but
I
called
to
Fnac
and
the
person
was
helpful
on
the
phone
their
call
centre
I
supposed
but
in
the
store
they
weren't
helpful
at
all
when
I
told
the
problem
and
on
the
phone
they
said
you
might
get
some
alternative
but
on
the
store
that
department
manger
didn't
willing
to
help
me
and
didn't
offer
anything
nor
help
or
different
solution.
So
I
didn't
know
what
to
do
and
they
said
if
you
want
us
to
fix
this
machine
it
will
take
30
days
at
least
and
I
can't
wait
30
days
I
need
to
vaccum
every
3
days
that
lead
me
to
buy
new
machine
again
which
cost
me
a
lot
what
is
the
point
have
have
expensive
machine
and
when
you
get
trouble
you
get
no
support.
If
they
wish
they
could
have
done
much
better
to
make
happy
customer
on
top
of
that
I
am
a
member
of
Fnac
and
I
paid
for
that
to
get
angry,
upset,
not
willing
to
support
to
this
paying
customers
that's
really
sad
the
behaviours
and
willingness
to
help
their
loyal
customers.
