A wonderful clinic! I found them when I’m needed an emergency clinic at 11pm at night on a Sunday. They always made time for me and gave great medical advice. They speak English as well which can be helpful. I now switched to them fully because they are open 24 hours. Can only recommend this clinic.

If you have got a cat this hospital is definitely your go to place in Lisbon. After looking for a orthopedist for my cat who was in pain and going to hospitals that absolutely had no idea what they do I finally found Dr Paul here and my cat is in perfect health now.

This veterinary hospital is fantastic, everybody is wonderful and knowledgeable. Much of the staff speaks English too in case you're a struggling monoglot like me. Highly recommend the team here

They placed completely incorrect information on our Cat's chip. Everything from id number, address, everything was incorrect. We only found about it 3 years later at another Vet. Incredible that there isn't any double checking of information when placing a chip inside an animal.

The staff at this hospital is absolutely fantastic, from receptionist, to auxiliary, nurse or doctor. They took care of our cat multiple times during her most difficult moments in the past 2 years, until she unfortunately passed away from long term disease related issues. Friendly staff - Pretty Baby seemed relaxed - though a little worried

I needed a veterinarian's checking on my dog's EU pet passport for overseas travel with my pet. The vet told me that she already has signed my dog's passport and that she would give me another piece of paper. I told her that I don't need it, but she said it's Portuguese rules. And she charged 22 euros for paper document. I later asked my portugal's friend and my friend answered that the vet had lied to me for money. I paid $22.5 for that useless 5-line piece of paper. No matter how I think about it, it's not normal situation.
