    After 3 days of trying to contact this service and only being told that there were no more appointments, I contacted sns24, which sent me a message so that if I was not contacted by the health center, I could go there, it was what I did, they say they didn't receive any notification (a lie because email notifications are always received), they didn't answer me again and finally they said after 3 days that I had to be there at 8am to make an appointment, well if they had told me the first time that's what I would have done. I called Saúde 24 again because I wasn't feeling well and the information I got again was that within a maximum period of 12 hours I would have to be seen at this center or they would send me a referral, which didn't happen.     Terrible service at reception Yesterday 02/03/2023 at around 5:30 pm my daughter had an incident at school, a little friend hit her with a toy which left a cut on her eye and it wouldn't stop bleeding because it was a deep cut. As the nursery is right next to the health center I had the brilliant idea of ​​going there so they could help stop the blood. 17:50 I go to the São Filipe health center and the film starts at the door, where there were no masks for users and I was forced to go and buy one for €0.30 at the Chinese store next door. (It's not about the money) I got the password and went to reception, explained the situation, and showed the girl's citizenship card. The very rude and insensitive receptionist said that my daughter could not be seen by any doctor because she was not registered there but at the seaside. Let's see, a specific situation in which the lady at reception decided that my daughter could not be attended to because according to her, neither a doctor nor a nurse, that little wound was unimportant. I could barely register my daughter in the system, such was the incompetence that a nurse had to do her job. I got upset because of the attitude of this lady at the reception and there the very friendly nurse came to tend to the girl, as the small wound had a deep cut, she called the doctor who was very attentive, checked the girl and advised her to go to São Bernardo to close the wound so it wouldn't get infected. Thank you to these two people who were kind and professional when they noticed my concern about my daughter's cut, except that she is two years old. In short Public services do work, but many times they don't work properly due to a lack of empathy on the part of some employees who are only there to receive their paycheck at the end of the month. The lady at the reception hope that you never need any help from any other service and that nothing ever happens to you.
