Com isto fica a minha pergunta de como podem estes senhores serem profissionais de saúde animal se não têm um pingo de compaixão pelos mesmos. E não digo isto a achar que devam fazer a profissão por desporto, pois a minha mãe pagou para curarem o gato, o nosso Azrael, no dia a seguir, estando no mesmo estado, apenas pediu que pudessem ficar com ele até ele ficar melhor e queriam extorquir mais dinheiro. É claro que, isto irá resultar numa queixa oficial, mas queria deixar aqui o meu descontentamento para com os profissionais, mais concretamente o profissional que falou (e a maioria das vezes ignorava) a minha mãe.

The cat's wound is not dangerous but it is in a complicated place, stitches turned out to be not the best solution and we were quickly offered an alternative. After our cat took off the special dressing, our comments were listened to and the cat was bandaged with a different method, according to our suggestion. I have several pets and I often encounter settling and not being listened to. I have no objections here. We were admitted on Sunday as an emergency and subsequent appointments were also arranged quickly.

Entretanto cheguei a pedir cópias dos RX por e-mail passado poucas horas para poder ter registo pessoal. Enviaram-me apenas duas, no entanto eu vi várias mais juntamente com o médico, ou seja pedi as restantes. Conclusão: acabam por dizer que tinham, e passo a citar "enviado os raio-x de outro animal que era para outro email. Vou enviar os raio-x do ... em anexo". Desculpem, mas erro gravíssimo. Entretanto não acaba aqui. Quando fui buscar o meu gato, cheguei a pedir que fossem feitos uns exames facultativos com um valor extra, 30 e pouco euros, a algo que foi encontrado que estava em excesso, enfim. Ficou então combinado o médico entrar em contacto comigo quando chegassem os resultados. Passou-se practicamente um mês. Nada. Liguei para lá, expliquei a situação. Liguei num dia em que não era possível aceder aos serviços dos exames médicos, então iriam deixar um recado para que a próxima colega no dia seguinte me ligasse. Nada..... Lá liguei eu dias depois.... voltei a explicar a situação... e neste momento pedem que ligue no dia seguinte a x horas para ter a certeza que falo com o médico.
