I have been a member of this Gym since past one year( since August 2022). So, my review is based on what actually goes inside the gym and how the gym functions along with the facilities present in the gym. > On joining, they give you a membership card with the rules of the GYM which is usually amended anytime the owners feel the need. Most of the guys (incl. the staff) visit gym only to checkout girls and are hardly interested in working out. They form groups and show favoritism only towards girls. Others like us are sick and tired of this but hardly say anything because we focus on our workouts. > Proper equipment in the gym is present, but if any equipment gets worn out, then you're on your own. The owner won't get it replaced rather ask you (only the ones who are out of their "GROUP") to start skipping the exercises. If you ask the Owners/caretakers to get the thing working, they would school you of all the rules of the gym. > ACs are another BIG issue with this GYM. During summers of 2023, they didn't used to turn on ACs citing reasons such as high electricity bills. :D I used to go to gym to workout so I usually used to ignore all the skirmishes between members being caused due to favoritism .... until it hit me. This incident happened with me on 18.10.2023 which prompted me to quit the GYM immediately. I was working out and my friend wanted to do some cardio in the treadmill. As soon as he got up in the treadmill, the gym rep. who is present in the morning (goes by the name of Suman or something) went straight up to my friend and asked him to get down of the treadmill when he was just 2 mins. on the mill. This prompted me to ask the guy (Suman) about the rules regarding treadmill . He said there's a fix timing of 15 minutes to work on treadmill, to which I asked him to post in the WhatsApp group. Then he told me that I should believe it since he "said so" to which I replied that I need it to be written down somewhere, most probably the official WhatsApp group, to which he blatantly denied and started threatening me with threats that he would call guys when I get out of the GYM and get me beaten up. Mind you, these were the words coming out of representatives of the GYM. The matter got de-escalated after that and I thought of having a chat with the owner after my workout session. When I called the owner after getting out of GYM, this guy had the audacity of saying that I was the one who started it, when it was the other way around. He told me that I could've answered his guy politely when he was *threatening to get me beaten up*. What a joke of management. So, if you're someone who's just looking to workout to stay fit and is in search of a good GYM in Berhampore region, I would suggest you to stay out of this GYM. There are better GYMs out there.

Very Good quality equipments. Trainers are very cooperative and helps a lot. Its One of the best Gyms I would recommend for working out.

Good ambiance.. Modern equipments..one can train his/her body with ease..

Overall it is good but the price is little high compared to the space and equipments it is having. Space is considerably good against the equipments it is having. Need to install some more equipments for weight training. Monthly charge for any regular person is 800/- but if anyone is able to produce any student id then the charge will be 700/- per month. 400/- is the admission charge which is one time payment at the time of admission. Also having quarterly, half-yearly & yearly packages with very little discounts. No seperate floor trainer except the owner who considers himself to be the sole floor trainer in the entire gym.

AMAZING GYM, I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Pls go and join❤️

The big daddy of Gym Centre is present in berhampore.. best of equipment and place where you get ultimate motivation and training with professional. 10/10...

People always lookout for the good look n equipment’s but they don’t look for good staffs or the trainers..but with all the best equipment we have the best n supportive n motivated trainers…n overall the best thing about Sumit, Suman n Subho who really helps motivate us to do…thank u so much Fitflex team I’m really happy to join with u guys…thank u ❤️

The best gym with all the equipment in the town

Five-star trainers, good equipments and a very friendly atmosphere make "Fitflex Gym" one of the most unique gym in the town. You never feel like an outsider here; instead, are quickly accepted in the clan. The trainers here are knowledgeable and helpful, and give you that extra nudge that you need in jump starting your fitness journey. Even folks who greet you every day at the reception desk are like members of the family rather than corporate, dry souls. That says a lot about this gym, the people, and the atmosphere it has... Whatever maybe your goal - rest assured you will find the help you need in Fitflex Gym ..Cannot this recommend eough!

A Well equipped Gym with proper ambience for workout.The trainers and staff over here are very friendly.During admission we are given to fillup a form at the backside of that the rules are clearly stated.
