The ambience on a less crowded day is amazing and the service and food is equally satisfying

It is a good hotel with restaurant and bar attached. Good car parking is available. Service is good.

Decent business hotel in the town. Good staff behaviour. Really large rooms with separate sofa sets to sit and relax as well. Washroom fittings needs maintenance.

The only thing lacking in this hotel is the service, this needs to improve. The variety of alcohol is also less. Food is delicious

Was here on a business trip during Feb 2021. Had a comfortable stay. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Service is good. House keeping & room service are quick and very responsive. Except few flaws like inconsistent wifi. No hot water at times. Its a nice hotel but needs improvement to be perfect. Certain food is not that great. Can improve towards perfection.

Management was horrible as far as occasion I attended in this eefa resturant it seems this guys are least bothered about there reputation,even the other guest who had ordered bfast for his son was yelling at the waiter in short NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL

I felt that staff lacks hospitality... Sounded rude to me while answering for my few enquiries.... Non veg food needs lots of improvement... Biriyani needs a total makeover... absolutely utter disaster Felt embassed infront of my guests

I love places that offer a limited menu but awesome place. EFFA not just promises but delivers on the same. Numero uno in terms of a dining place in Belagavi....and super consistent

The room might appear big and clean but the bathroom had a big team of small cockroaches. Upon request Hit was sprayed but that rendered the bathroom unusable for an hour or so. The response to clean was slow. For our 1 night stay, Team EEFA ensured that they keep the worst reserved for us till late in the night. The loud music in their lawn was played beyond 10 PM and our requests to at least turn down the volume went unheard until Police arrived at around 11 PM. The whole experience was bad and my plan to have a peaceful night sleep was foiled.

I tried ordering over phone for a take away, as I was in a hurry, but to my astonishment the guy over the call rejected the order saying, I need to order from the venue.. like.. common, am I decoit or something to show this level of trust..I appreciate your concern, but as a restaurant you should have a courtesy trust towards your customer, else you will lose your customer base.. ofcourse you have added a badwill point towards you from my end. Hope you have some mechanism to troubleshoot such problems..hope I get to order a take away next time, which highly seems mythical under current experience.

Very slow service ... If we order food we will recieve it after one hour till then sit with empty plates. Please increase ur staff in kitchen. ..very disappointed for 3 Rd time.😞😞
