Worst food. ! Looking at ambience we thought it might be fun . Honestly it was a disaster. Untrained staff. No one had an idea what they are serving. The staff itself had no clue that which dishes were good . They have hired all untrained staff. So We them asked for someone who knew about food atleast.. but no one attended us for a very long time. And the second one who did attended... again had no clue about anything.. i don't blame the staff but the whole hiring team . it was valentine's day for god's sake and to a very extend this was a disappointing moment. We did not have any idea what to even order. So We just left .

Its a great place, great ambience, but basically for the younger crowd, this is perhaps the best hang out for younger crowd Update: had been there again on 3.1.2024 for a get-together. The service was top notch, the food was absolutely awesome, had a great time. The display on the lift that shows on which floor the lift is, needs to be repaired

Amazing vibes, a great place and the crowd is full... There is a disc inside and good music... Good food and good food... There is a cover charge of 2000 But the place is buzzing and great atmosphere

A wonderful place to chill with friends on a weekend. The vibe and ambience is just great and the dance floor is also quite large and spacious. But it got a bit too crowded after some time. The amount which you pay as a cover charge can only be used inside the club ( where obviously the prices of the drinks are way too expensive😂).

Very beautiful this club, the music is wonderful A really nice club to go and have fun! The drinks are a little expensive. Club was good but but worst management... specially receptionist....they don't kn how to treat a customer.... I will never visit again in insomnia club...

Changing my review due to an issue faced yesterday the service was totally poor we had been for the dinner & enjoy the match live screening but the staff didn't ask for the order or water also for half an hour later on we called the staff to atleast give the menu.. The staff was jst focusing over the weekend clubbing crowded.... As the food is amazing so we visit this place but after this we won't prefer much... The lounge area decor is absolutely stunning, with intricate lighting arrangements, ethereal artwork, and a careful attention to detail. The combination of soft hues and vibrant colors creates a captivating atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming with various seating areas, including cozy booths and spacious lounge areas, allowing guests to find their preferred spot to relax and enjoy the evening. Clubbing area is quite small if compared to the weekend crowd. The clubbing section need more improvement.

Good part: Food and drinks were nice, ambience is beautiful, serving staff is also fine Bad part: The receptionist was sounding very rude and unwelcoming. Because of her very loud behaviour, bouncer questioned us and asked us not to create a problem here. I mean how stupid is that. There is no separate band for couple and stag entries to club but they have set different charges for respective tickets and this also doesn't get checked while entering the club, this left me more annoyed as the receptionist claimed so much about the rules of this club after having an argument on same.

I have been to this club 4 times.. the ambience is great, the food is good, the waiters provide great service. But the reason for giving 1 star is because of the receptionist.. we went on a Saturday and the receptionist standing outside was very rude.. she didn’t even communicate the terms and conditions correctly.. she gave us coupons saying that it’s cover charges, but never mentioned that we were allowed to redeem it only inside the dance floor, don’t understand how does it even make sense.. when asked about it, she spoke very rudely, she even shouted and created such a big scene just keep herself safe.. but the manager was kind enough to listen to us help us out in settling the big… the club is losing its value just because of her

Worst food, good ambience but they are thieves. Check your wallets before and after the checking has been done. The lady acted really sweet and stole money from mine and my friend's wallet very cunningly. Since this is a public post, can't drop my number. You drop your number, I'll call back

It's good but looks like we have to pay for restaurant bill before entering the dancing floor. DJ was good. They had written for fire show and all but the activity was just for 5-6 sec. Felt entry fee was much more than its worth for new year.

They're trying to steal as much money as they can because nobody is visiting this club, this business is gonna close soon...

When we entered the club , there were no customers except us(we were 10 members), and they were playing unfamiliar English songs so we asked them to play any other English or Bollywood songs so one guy among 3 was going to change but suddenly another guy in an arrogant voice stopped him. That move was so wrong. This is not the way to treat customers. If the club was full and then he refused to change the song then we could understand but as we were the only people out there, that move was unacceptable..

Good place for hanging out. Nice ambience. Food was nice. Music and dance floor is great. Service is very poor though at every step, right from reception to billing counter. They don't understand that this is hospitality business and they have to be courteous and helpful. Nobody seems to care about that unfortunately. Also it's highly overpriced for its worth.

I was there on a business visit with my Daughter @ DjRed, who played in Club Insomnia on 1st April-2022 for the Ladies Night. The crowd was fantastic. But I must say the food was just "Wow" 👌. I liked the ambience too. A must visit joint.

From start to finish it was an easier experience than i anticipated. We dropped down from Hubli, we had a great time clubbing, eating delicious food, authentic cocktails. Staffs were committed to great service, especially Ms. Shreethika. She was so welcoming & assisted us with a designated place. Wonderful trained bar staff importantly Mr Shubham, He knew what i was exactly looking for. Definitely a must comeback👍

It's a nice pub/ club/ lounge in the heart of Belgaum with a small dance floor completely separated from the rest of the lounge with an option of outdoor seating.

Very bad experience We reserved a table one day earlier but they asked us to pay extra money at the entrance which was not informed earlier. When asked about this, they said they are not allowed to inform this to the customer on phone call. On reaching, they gave us some random corner table though we had booked a front table. Then they say it’s first come first serve. What was the need to reserve the table prior if it’s first come first serve basis? Staff is very unprofessional and the Human Resource manager was very rude. They just fooling people and literally looting people
