Stay Away!! Find another spot to rest. I thought it was a good deal because room significantly less than other hotels in the area. Now i know why. Bedbugs!!! Woke up with red spots on my body and immediately searched the room to find these nasty bugs crawling in the corner of the mattress. Disgusting and filthy!!! Never stay here. When informing the owner, heacted as if it was not an issue and was upset I brought it up and refused to refund my money. I believe they knew they had an issue and allowed the room to be rented out for the night. Do not make my mistake and go elsewhere. What a filthy disgusting place to sleep...Those other reviews must be fake because this place is a dump.

Do not book here. I booked online via the motel’s website, but canceled well in advance of the 5 day notice (6 weeks, in fact) via phone and 3 follow up emails, and I was still charged the full price of the reservation. When I called to request a credit, I was told it would be looked into, and I have heard nothing, despite multiple emails. Phone number is not a business line.

I was hesitant to book a motel but there was nothing else available in the area and Hotels.com had it above an 8 rating. I’m not sure what everyone was reviewing because I had a terrible experience. Room smelled terrible and they tried to cover it up with chemical air fresheners that I had to remove from the room. I opened the microwave and there was food spilled all in it and the smell almost made me vomit. The room wasn’t clean…you could see all kinds of gross stuff under the end tables and dressers. The pillows were so old I didn’t want to use them. I paid $132 for one night, so it’s not like this was some $50 room. I had to go to the nearby gas station and buy 409 and paper towels so I could clean enough for me to feel comfortable staying there. I ended up accidentally leaving my toiletry bag. I called the next day and Oskar said to email him a shipping label and he would send it out. I sent him the label, he responded “Got it. I will ship this out today.” He didn’t ship it. It’s been over a week and I’ve been texting him asking about it and he reads the texts but doesn’t respond. So now on top of the $132 is the cost of all my items that the hotel is refusing to put in a box and put the label I provided on. Terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I do not recommend this place at all!! Made the reservation on Wednesday for check in on Sunday. My husband had the same experience as a previous review: no one was there when he arrived, so he called the number, and so did I. After more than 20 calls, 3 texts, and 40 minutes later no one ever showed up. My husband drove about 15 hours and at that point wanted to go to a different place so he could get some rest. Can't speak on the rooms, but the service is absolutely awful!!

Would have rated it better, but there was one major issue, which I will address a little later. The pros: It was a convenient location for my husband's and I's vacation get away to Lake Michigan. Nice fragrance in the room. They provided things that you would expect from a motel/hotel such as coffee if you wanted to make coffee. As well as providing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Con: The major thing that turned my husband and I from wanting to stay at a motel again is the fact that they are located next to a fireworks place. The people in charge of the fireworks place decided to light off a ton of them for about 1.5 hours when we were trying to sleep. My husband went out to ask them to stop lighting fireworks off and the guy told him that they were just lighting off the last one, which was a lie. He continued for about another 15 minutes or so. And this was from 9:15 to 10:45 pm or so. To make it worse they relocated around the motel as they lit off the fireworks. Like they would be in one place for a while and then move somewhere else for a while. Some of the other people staying at the motel were not please either. Sorry we had to leave this negative review, which would have been a positive if we didn't encounter all of the noise. If you have to stay here avoid the 4th of July weekend.

Very nice and clean we stayed in room 29 need new beds they are broken i couldn't sleep with my husband because they caved in like a v and the springs were popping through the mattress on both beds. But his bed was way worse than mine. Make sure to check the ac filters if ac unit is not working right may need cleaned. Bathroom sink water pressure great. Shower pressure not so much. Make sure you double check your bill i was told one price and was charged another.

When arriving and upon entering the room the smell was overwhelming and toxic. Later revealed that the owner's wife had sprayed the hell out of some ants with a roach repellent. They were very attentive in trying to clean it up. They collected all five nights from me up front and I informed them that I was only going to be there for two. Never did refund the other three nights. The bed was comfortable and that's all we needed for our Ryder cup trip.

Super Clean and comfy room with BIG Screen TV, Fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Its the old style drive up motel that has been updated. The only thing revealing its age was the pink bathtub which I found adorable anyway. The tub drained a little slow when showering and there was no regular coffee for the coffeemaker were my only complaints. But for for price, cleanliness and comfort this motel was perfect and only 38 mins from downtown Milwaukee where we were seeing a show at the Marcus Theater. NOW FOR THE BEST PART: THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR! The food and service were sooo good!!! Cheerful clean decor! Friday night had the perch fry. Perfect breading and generous portion! Saturday morning breakfast had the mexican skillet. Generous wit perfect Chiorzo and avocado! Oh and 10% if you show your room key. Highly reccomend this little hidden gem

The new owner is definitely cutting corners. I would have loved if it would have been like other reviewers posted. Water didn't drain in our tub, so you stood in about 6 inches of water while showering, cheap Walmart bedding and curtians that were not big enough for the windows. No one on site for any towels, repairs or etc. The owner is too busy wanting to party with the guest. He only wants to have monthly people there so he doesn't have to work the place. Stay away!
