I've eaten at this restaurant several times hoping the food would be as great as it was after one of my first visits a few years ago. It's unfortunately gotten worse. My baked cod was undercooked. My burgers are either burned or served raw. We ordered dinner last night for a special celebration, the wait was over an hour but decided to wait anyways. We got our food home and the burger and bacon was burned. We took it back asking for medium rare but when we got it home it was now raw. I thought they were just messing with us at this point. I called in and Mary (the owner) answered. Her reasoning is that a burger still cooks while in the Styrofoam container. You would think after owning this place for over 22 years a medium rare burger would be an easy dish to cook but apparently it isn't. They need a decent cook and thermometer, not sure who's cooking or why the food is so inconsistent but let's just say the food is as bad as the exterior is run down. Take your business elsewhere is what I advise, you'll be disappointed.

I would give negative 5 stars if i could!!! I Got the chicken tenders which is more like no chicken and just fried breading. Added the salad bar for 7 dollars and it was just iceberg lol, the food looked like they ran to kwik trip and grabbed it off the warmer and then charged 25 dollars a plate, please I am begging you please do not come here and waste your money, A banquet TV dinner will have more depth and flavor. Water and fountain drinks tasted like sewage water. I was in a group of 7 and nobody ate their food, don't be duped like we were.

The meal started out great with a salad and cheese curds but went down hill from there. I had the broasted chicken with onion rings, mixed veggies and applesauce. I couldn't eat the chicken. Although it seemed moist it was rubbery, the breading had NO flavor and had un-chewable bits. The onion rings looked delicious but they didn't taste like onion at all, bits were raw and the breading had no flavor. The veggies were a pale, mushy mess and I couldn't even try them. My son had the chicken tenders and fries. It also came with the horrible veggies. The chicken, again, was rubbery and had no flavor. The fries were, thankfully, good. What an expensive disappointment! Do they not season anything??? We will not be going back. Update: 5 Pillars replied to my review telling me I should have told someone about the bad food. Well, can they imagine all 3 of us telling them we didn't like our food? Also, our server never even batted an eye when we told her we didn't need boxes yet our plates were still full of food. I probably would have said something if she would have said "you haven't eaten anything. Didn't you like the food?" But she didn't and I was too embarrassed for the restaurant and myself to complain about everything. We just paid the bill, tip included, and left.

The fried cheese curds were amazing. Steaks were not cooked right. Vegetable soggy and bland. Chicken Cordon very strange. Covered with weird sauce and cottage cheese 🥴 Waitress acted like we were an assembly line. Not a great dining experience at all.

Was in there for dinner for a Friday fish fry. I really can't understand the negative reviews on here. I guess everyone has an opinion, no matter how wrong it might be. I had the salad bar and chicken dumpling soup to start with. Both were very good. I then had the perch sandwich with broasted potatoes. The perch was a nice big perfectly breadec piece that hung over a well toasted bun.

Came in for Saturday dinner with a group of 5. The waitress was rude and lacked people skills. The food was Okay. Charged extra for the salad bar, almost $7! Salad bar left something to be desired. If you have the salad bar for a meal it’s damn near $20. Steaks were cooked not according to order. Would not recommend. High prices, bad service, mediocre food.

We love this place! Very Wisconsinite supper club vibe which we love. Good food, staff is very friendly and we always feel cared for. I would definitely recommend!

The food was so Bland and disappointing. Iordered a ribey and it was so fatty and thin for what we paid for. Not what I'd expect honestly. The waitress, Sarah, was fantastic and made up for the for though. Drinks were great.

Terrible food, insanely overpriced, and took forever even though we were the only ones seated. Do not recommend.

We had dinner last night with our 3 children. I was apprehensive because of the negative reviews BUT I must say "don't believe everything you read". You really must experience it for yourself. Christmas decorations were a delight. Our waitress and all the staff we came in contact with were pleasant and polite. I had the salad bar which was full of crisp variety lettuce, lots of toppings, noodle salads and cute bread shaped croutons that were delicious. Salad bar is chilled to perfect Temperature. My husband had the flat iron steak which was medium to the tee. Our oldest had chicken tenders that looked hand dipped and she ate everything. Our middle daughter had a chicken sandwich which she liked and ate everything. Our youngest ordered grilled cheese and since he never eats his food when we go out; we took it to go and he ate everything the next day for lunch. Our children had sundaes for dessert which are very large and they enjoyed them. We will be back!!
